Tolles kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem großen eigenen Pool. Großes Grundstück mit eigenem Parkplatz. Toller Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Denia. Die Matratzen der Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig und ungemütlich. Nach 2 Wochen spürt man die dann doch am Rücken.

Von diesem Ort waren wir vom ersten Augenblick an begeistert. Dieses Haus bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf Denia, das Meer und auch auf den Montgo. Man weiß gar nicht auf welcher Terrasse man sich aufhalten soll. Das Haus ist liebevoll renoviert, hat schöne und bequeme Outdoormöbel und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Und wenn man nicht an diesem tollen Pool liegen möchte, ist man auch sehr schnell mit dem Auto am Meer oder in Denia. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass der nächste Aufenthalt schon gebucht ist. nichts...der Urlaub hat schon perfekt durch die Betreuung durch Carlosferien angefangen

Poolterasse , Pool und Schattenterasse sind schön. Betten / Matratzen sind ok. Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine ist sehr gut. Schattenplatz bei Poolterasse könnte schöner gestaltet werden mit sonnensegel anstatt Strohmatte. Küche muss unbedingt erneuert werden. Herd und Pfannen sind sehr schlecht zu benutzen. Spülmaschine spült nicht sauber, daher hatten wir schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Polster und Tischdecke im Freien könnte man austauschen.

Gepflegter Pool, schöne Aussenterrasse Ventilator defekt, Nutzung des Studios nicht optimal ( kein direkter Zugang nur über Aussentreppe), keine Klimaanlage, Einrichtung könnte besser sein.
