「The hotel is near many tourist spots. U could just walk there. No need to take transportation. 」

「Good location, normal service, wash room too small, facilities and equipment too old 」

「The hotel has potential, but there are areas that could be improved. The wardrobe only provided hangers for shirts and jackets, but none suitable for trousers. The room itself was very dim in the evening, making it impossible to use the full-length mirror properly. At the front desk, the service felt unfriendly. When I asked for assistance in calling a local restaurant, as I did not have a local number, the staff seemed reluctant to help. I also tried breakfast at the hotel restaurant....

「Fabulous hotel. Rooms are simple but stylish. Views over the canal are beautiful. The locality of Nyhavn is the most picturesque part of the city. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is wonderful too - top quality ingredients with a focus on minimising waste. We would definitely love to stay there again. 」

「很簡潔迅速的入住手續，櫃檯服務人員有問必答，服務態度很好，也提供需要換零錢搭公車的服務。 即使不是新穎的旅館，空間也並非寬敞，但是地點在市區而且就價位而言，已經無可挑剔。在餐廳門口有提供免費的咖啡機和熱水，很方便。地點就在公車站前面，附近也有超市和餐廳，離安徒生博物館很近。」
