The home has 5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms plus a loft area with comfortable love seats . The living room has a fireplace and oceanfront view. The open kitchen is equipped with all new stainless top-of-the-line appliances, including a gas cook top and oven, and is adjacent to the great room with a dining area, breakfast bar with stools, sitting area, and wall-to-wall sliders overlooking the Bay. The first floor has a bath plus a guestroom with king bed and its own bath. The second floor includes a loft with a TV and comfortable seating area, a guestroom with king bed and private bath, and a guestroom with queen sleeper sofa and bathroom. A spectacular master bedroom (king bed) and master bath overlook the ocean. In the master bath, a gorgeous soaking tub provides relaxing views of the ocean and there is a separate walk-in custom tile shower. This home is furnished with custom towels and Italian linens throughout. In the basement, a ''man cave'' / media room is complete with TV, motion furniture and two ottomans, each which pull out to make single beds.. Also in the basement is a designated laundry room. In all, there are 5 baths, 7 flat screen TV's, ''Alexa'' in all bedrooms and family room, internet and wifi.

From Gulls Way it's just a short walk to Dennis Village (no stop lights!), a quintessential, quaint charming area with antique shops, wonderful restaurants, and home of the famous Dennis Playhouse -- all a pleasant stroll away.

This home can be rented on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, from May through October. Although there is a one week minimum, two weeks or longer will take precedence.
