Great Cape Home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 6! It had everything you needed for cooking, going to the beach or hanging out by the pool! We enjoyed every minute - even on the rainy days!! There is plenty of space for everyone and the checkers table was a bonus for my kids (got them off their devices!).

Pool, Hot Tub and Location a Definite Plus

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a really nice size with a large kitchen. The description on the rental listing describes a "gourmet kitchen". This is definitely not a gourmet kitchen and given that we had planned to cook most of our meals this was a real negative for our family. First the pots and pans were filthy when we arrived, I had to go buy SoS and scrub every single pan before we could even use them. The stove only had 3 working burners, and one was for simmering only so it made it difficult to cook for the family. The grill when we arrived was also filthy, we had thought to bring our own grill so were able to use that, we never touched the grill at the house. There were no measuring cups or spoons, mixing bowls, nothing really to prep meals with, also something I would expect in a gourmet kitchen. Overall the house was nice, good size, but for the price I expected more.
