This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comes with reserved covered parking, a private balcony with a treed view and a fireplace. The condo has basketball and tennis courts, a seasonal pool, landscaped gardens and a playground.

The primary bedroom has king size bed an ensuite bath and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, desk with chair for remote study and work. The kitchen is fully stocked, has stainless steel appliances and everything else needed for cooking and entertaining.

* Convenient in unit full size Maytag washer and dryer.

* High speed internet, WIFI, 2 smart TVs with streaming services so you can view Netflix, Amazon Prime and more! Also have an antenna for local channels.

Great Place for individuals and families!

Couldn’t have done better! It’s worth every penny and the manager is so so nice felt like home. By the way the place looks much better than the picture shows. Lots of natural lighting. Highly recommend! Close to all the you need for either a vacation or staycation. No complaints or regrets whatsoever. Property manager checked in to make sure all was well and our needs were met but nothing was needed. Definitely cream of the crop for Greenwood Village/Centennial area.

Great getaway

Perfect condo in quiet residential Neighbohood. Kids loved the pool, tennis and basketball courts on site. Apartment is bigger and better than appears in the pictures! Highly recommended.
