Sloan’s Lake Centrally Located
We came for some concerts at Red Rocks and met up with family. The place was in the perfect location for that and the proximity to Sloan’s Lake, breweries and the Tennyson district. We loved getting to experience it all like a Denver local. We definitely want to come back!

Time with friends and family
We had various commitments all over the city but enjoyed time making dinner and being social when in the house. Loved the trail around Sloan’s lake! Beds were very comfortable and we each had our own space. Very nice weekend!

Amazing
The property itself is beautiful! Really close to the market, fast food if you'd like to grab a quick bite! When my group and I first stepped inside the property, we were all so mesmerized with how clean and cozy it felt. Honestly would recommend coming here again!

Colorado Visit
The place was close to where we needed to be and clean enough. The carpets were stained in several places. We had TV issues....we had to stream everything we wanted to watch. Remotes not all working or Missing batteries. No lock on the back gate....it snowed while were there and there were Random feet prints in the snow. We assume someone came in the yard and slept by the furnace unit on the patio furniture. All the windows in the unit were unlocked. The back door needs a blind/curtain so strangers can not see in.

The property was as described in the listing. It was clean and close to the Denver stadium which was great for getting to the Broncos game. The only negative was we could not figure out why some of the sockets were not working but overall it was great. Very clean

The property was very clean and nice. I would say if you are a person who likes to be under blankets on the couch, bring a few extra. Our car got left unlocked (kids) and someone decided to check it out. Fortunately we had nothing of value in the car. They did take our gum, pretzels, and earmuffs (why?). No damage done though. All and all it was a good trip nice place

Good experience overall
Overall it was a good experience. I didn’t realize when booking that check out was 10:00 am. That feels very early. When I asked for a late check out, the management property wasn’t able to accommodate because the cleaning service was under staffed and needed to get into our property asap. That was really frustrating to hear the reason. I would expect an 11 or 12:00 check out. The house isn’t that big and a 5 hour window for cleaning seems a bit excessive. Management company was pretty good and responsive. The 4th bedroom has a twin size bed in it. Very noisy for an adult to sleep in. The frame is whicker and you hear every sound as people move. I would have liked to of realized that the house was two levels and a shared wall with another unit. That wasn’t very clear in the listing. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two in the basement. There are two living rooms and none of the TVs in the other rooms worked. Even after plugging them in, we couldn’t figure it out. Overall , nothing was a huge impact. The space was good and accommodating for our needs. Would have had 5 stars for better expectations coming into the property.

Great place over all! Walking distance to a few things and only 10 minute Uber to get us down town. Parking was a little tricky but read the signs and your good. Nothin fancy but everything you need and everything worked.

Pretty accurate
The location of the stay is alright. We were driving home at night after dinner and they’re were kind of creepy people standing in the middle of the road and staring at our vehicle. The house also has an alley way that neighbors frequent. Otherwise, the location was great. I believe this location can fit about 7 adults comfortably. Our of our 8, one of the adults took the couch. But that’s no problem. The kitchen had things that we could use. And napkins & toilet paper were stocked up for our use. The management team was amazing. They kept checking up on us during our stay and even messaged us after. 5/5 for customer service.

Perfect Place to Explore Downtown, West of Denver, and Boulder!
The place was perfect! Myself and 7 other friends from college were all totally comfortable here! Everyone slept great! Three of us got our own bed, two shared a king, and 3 were on couches but we were all very comfortable! Downtown was a 15 minute Uber, Red Rocks was a 20 minute drive, Boulder was a 30 minute drive, and Rocky Mountain National Park was a scenic 1.5 hour drive. All super easy! There is a Walgreens, 24/7 McDonalds, liquor store, and grocery store all within walking distance! If your goal is explore Denver then it's a perfect place! Thanks so much!

This property is not a stand alone unit. It is attached to another until (basically duplex style). Parking can be challenging since it can only be done on the street. Nice location and very clean. Most attractions within 3-5 miles.

Spring break get away
We enjoyed our stay at the house, it has everything our family needed for a short stay in Denver. The house is conveniently located, fairly close to all the attractions and downtown, the lake and the park is just a block away. A few things can be improved. Upper left bedroom mattress is very lumpy and uncomfortable, I has to move to a downstairs small bedroom with a twin bed to get some sleep. The upper left bedroom is very cold too compared to the rest of the house even with the door open. We found only 5 tea/ coffee mugs, the house that sleeps 8 should have more. Broken foot pedal on the trash bin is a bit annoying, since you you have to step on that protruding metal piece with a bare foot( no shoes inside). The house could benefit from a deep cleaning from time to time ( windows, window tracks and all the areas that don't get touched with regular cleanings). Area around the house was dirty and window wells full of trash. We were not worried about it though, didn't expect much for the price.

Excellent stay and great location!
We arrived at night and needed a little help finding the right place, but past that, it was an excellent stay. Everyone had a room with a TV. The entire house was set up nicely. The beds were comfortable, and the house layout was perfect for us. We had four guys attending the NCAA basketball games, and the location made it easy for us. If I go back to Denver, I am going to stay here.

Property was exactly as described. Street parking was easy but required moving cars occasionally. Felt like two living spaces with an abundance of TVs. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals and a great table for games and eating. The neighborhood is eclectic to say the least with a walk to Sloane lake to the north and a bit rough further south ... but very peaceful and safe feeling at night.

We had a great stay. The house is beautifully updated. We had 6 stay. We fou f it very cozy where our family could be all together. Only complaint is the listing showed 5 total beds which we needed as my adult boys wont share beds any longer. But the couch was comfy.

This is a two story duplex
The house actually has stairs leading to two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small lounge downstairs. It is a newly remodeled place with nice kitchen and bath. Plumbing issues were resolved quickly and emails/phone calls were answered quickly. We did have a forced delayed arrival as the management company had to do a deep cleaning from the previous tenant though. It was disappointing that nothing was offered as a thank you for our compliance.

We weren’t in Denver for a game but the location is perfect for that. We came with teenagers who had scheduled college tour. It’s a good location for that too. The house is clean and very well appointed. The owner seems to have thought of most everything. We would stay here again.

The location was amazing. Right in the middle of everything. But the property was not clean. Towels and sheets were stacked on a couch, mold on the shower floor, the shower leaked causing the frame to warp, and one of the pillows was dirty.

The house is fine but the neighborhood is not welcoming to say the least. Rocks thrown at us over the fence as we were trying to enjoy the sunset on the patio. Thankfully no one was hit but I wouldn’t chance it at this property again.

Nice duplex but neighborhood up and coming
Property was as the pictures indicated. Was very clean and spacious. AC wasn't working upon arriving, but kept air off for a few hours and then started working later in the evening. Only downside was location. It is on the edge of the Sloan's Lake neighborhood, next to some sketchy blocks. In fact, the place across the street is abandoned and had squatters there all weekend and made us uncomfortable being out in the evening. Outside of that, place was great for our needs.

The only thing it was in a bad area. scary. One side of the street down a block, great other side very sketchy. Basement once they turn off the air conditioning it really smell like pee and mold. Top very clean, down stair shower had mold and leaked.

We enjoyed the size of the house, but were disappointed that only one of the tvs worked and some of the carpets and rugs were in need of a deep cleaning. It would have been helpful to have directions for the tvs and computer. We enjoyed spending some time at the lake. Nice that stores were close.

Well stocked home which made it so easy to just unpack and be settled. Effortless checkin. We cooked most meals thus appreciated the pots/pans/ crock pot etc.. Also appreciated the large sectional in basement so that the group could watch movies together and hang out as well as upstairs couch for reading. Large kitchen table is great but could use more comfortable/stable seating for six around it as we played games and ate our meals here most days. Bathrooms are nicely updated, well stocked and clean. The fenced yard was great. Enjoyed walking around Sloan Lake which is just down the street. Downtown Denver was an easy ten minutes drive. Good parking on street. Grocery, Target, Walmart etc. are all within a few minutes drive or easily walkable. Thanks!

Great family spot for Denver getaway!
Our family visited Denver for the Thanksgiving holiday, and this house was perfect! It’s a two story home with a den and two bedrooms downstairs, which was perfect for us and a two year old while our other two family members picked rooms upstairs. Great location proximity to downtown Denver! About a 10 minute drive into downtown. House is close to lots of stores and restaurants, too, within a very short driving distance. We’d stay again!

Great property in poor neighborhood with great access to the good stuff!
It is not a proper "single house" it is actually attached to the neighbor property, so it feels more like a condo. Parking is ok, as long as you follow the signage. The homeless population in the area is quite high, leading to anxiety for just "going out for a walk." Otherwise quiet neighborhood very near downtown Denver. This seems to be an "up-and-coming" neighborhood, albeit, it is just getting started. Very easy to access amenities (ie: Walgreens, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Park, Greenspace) and rental scooters and bikes were readily available within feet of the property. The management was readily available, and eager to help when we pointed out an issue with the shower dripping, but we declined an immediate repair of a minor issue. Great response time, and willingness to help. It was a little odd that the unit had 2 garages, and they were not available to us for parking or even to allow us to park in the driveway. Nice private fenced-in side yard with patio furniture to relax and enjoy some Colorado time. :)

Stayed here with 7 others, perfect size. we attended a conference at red rocks, good location. Highly recommend! The only tricky thing was check in because we were accidentally at the back door instead of the front which was our fault. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

Very comfortable and clean home
The accommodations were exactly what we needed for a 4 night stay. The house had all the touches to make it feel like home. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished, kitchen had everything one might need. Plus washer/dryer. Nice yard and small patio space which we did not use, but nice just the same. Not a fancy neighborhood but it was quiet, no problems. Close enough to walk to the popular nearby lake.

You are greeted at the front door with a 5 foot high weed that touches anyone coming in the door. The temp in the lower level was 10 degrees colder than main floor and the A/C went out the last night we stayed there. There was a poor collection of chairs at the main table, some barely workable and the head board in one of the bedrooms was not attached to the frame since it kept hitting the wall when ever you moved. The rug in one of the bedrooms on the main floor kept curling up when you opened the door and sticking the door. The freezer had a small leak so we just put a few towels on the floor. There were spiders and spider webs in the main floor bathroom. The kitchen was well stacked except that there was only one sauce pan that we could find. The unit was a good location being very close to my son's house, but the neighborhood was questionable and there was a homeless person staying in a camper van across the street. We would not recommend this facility to anyone. The one positive was that the management contacts were extremely quick to reply when we had questions except after we checked out, we were looking for a lost sweatshirt and never got a reply.
