"Room wasn’t ready. Hotel comped two meals. However service was awful when we tried to use the vouchers. Took 30 minutes to get drinks and 45 minutes for an appetizer that was literally toasted bread with butter. As a former Hyatt employee this entire experience was subpar. I won’t go back. "

"Staff was great, friendly, and understanding. I had checked in already and discovered that the pool was being remodeled so ended up cancelling our stay. Didn't get to see the rooms but the lobby and general common areas were clean. "

"Room was clean, staff was great, shuttle to airport was on time and driver was nice too. Pool was great, if you don't want to leave to get food, the options they have were also good, my husband tried the burger and said it was good."

"We absolutely loved this fabulous boutique hotel which is perfectly located in the theatre district and close to all the exceptional high end steakhouses. We were however disappointed when we returned home after a night at the theatre and their bar was closed. It closed at 10:00pm. It would have been so nice to have a cocktail/drink after the show. "
