Clean, quiet 1BR suite in a great Golden location. 10-minute drive to Red Rocks and 7 minutes to Colorado School of Mines.
Private outside entrance with keypad access and a small outdoor area. Just a 1-minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, and everyday essentials. High-speed fiber WiFi.
The space is a 2-level layout with stairs leading to the bedroom and bathroom on the second level.
Not suitable for children under 12 or guests with mobility limitations.
Furnished with one queen bed and designed for a simple, comfortable stay. Best suited for a single guest or couple looking for a clean, quiet place to stay near Golden and Red Rocks.
Please note there is an outdoor security camera located at the back of next-door Unit A covering the yard area.

We stayed at Central Suite for a wedding in downtown Golden. The place was convenient to all of our downtown activities and in excellent proximity to local hikes. We also drove to Rocky Mountain National Park one day which was a nice and easy drive. Overall the place was clean, though with a few dust bunnies. The kitchenette was convenient and had all the needed accessories.
