As you descend the stairs to the basement level, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining, foosball table and an area to work from home equipped with a desk and chair. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have ample closet space, luggage racks, dressers, night stands with lights and charging cords/ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard + patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, and grill.
