Recently renovated and new to market is this adorable Golden home! It features two bedrooms and a full bath with an additional TV room that can be also be used as a kids bedroom/playroom. The home has amazing views east to Table Mountain and north to Golden Cliffs. The absolute best part of this rental is its location. It is located one block off Washington street which is the main street in Golden with all of the shopping and restaurants. You can walk to everything including Coors Brewery!

Great location; met all the needs of our group (and dogs). Property was like a "comfortable old couch" ... well-maintained, not flashy, but easy to enjoy and relax at, and good value. We'll definitely try to return again in the future.

This little house was perfect for my husband and I along with our two grown sons. It was charming, well appointed and served as home base while we explored the area, restaurants and breweries. It had what we needed to prepare a few simple meals. The main floor with a couch and small table for two served as our gathering space while the bedroom offered a soft queen bed and plenty of space for luggage and getting ready. The basement space (down narrow, steep stairs) provided a firm king bed and super cozy couch: a great space for the boys. The location was perfect for walking downtown and there was a Safeway across the street. We would certainly stay again.

2 bedroom cottage that is tastefully decorated for a relaxed stay in Golden. Easily walkable to main dining and shopping street. Hikes accessible close by to the cottage. I would stay there again.

Ideal location for a little privacy while still being within walking distance of shops/restaurants and university. Very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Would stay again if we are lucky enough for it to be available!

Small house very walkable to downtown Gold.

Property manager replied almost immediately to our requests. The house is small and had everything we needed. There is only one bathroom and it is upstairs so anyone sleeping downstairs will have to walk up. House is in a lot of trees. Views are seen by walking to the windows. And going outside. It’s on a very busy street but only during the day as it quiet down at night. Would be really nice to have two chairs for the porch. Owner obviously cares about the house and we had a great time walking into Golden especially to get into the stream because it was quite hot. Golden has many restaurants, bars and stores.

This house is in a great location! Easy walk into downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Parking right below the house, which was very convenient. Very tastefully decorated, I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. Easy walk to downtown - restaurants/bars/shops. As noted in previous reviews it is on a busy street and it is also a little isolated in that there are no neighbors on either side and house is partially hidden by brush/trees.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. It was the perfect spot for our family of four including two teen boys. It’s so close to everything you need but feels incredibly secluded. It’s the best of both worlds.Located across the street from Safeway was super convenient. Loved just being able to drop our bags, get some groceries, and (HUGE Recommendation) stop by Cheese Ranch without any fuss. The deli across the street is amazing. We always stay somewhere different when we travel to CO - we are “never the some place twice” type of people. We fell in love with Golden and this home. We hope to be able to book it again on our next trip!Big kudos to Todd, an excellent host.

Amazing golden stay!

Loved the location and place! Great ease of access to downtown Denver and walking distance to downtown Golden-filled with cute coffee shops, bars and restaurants. If you are wanting to stay in Golden, highly recommend! Cute home with all the comforts you might need!

Lovely Golden

It’s so nice to arrive somewhere and not have to use your car for days!!! We enjoyed traipsing all over with our pug in this dog friendly town. The home is almost hidden with trees budding and a variety of flowers popping up every day. The home is welcoming and comfortable. Really liked the beds and awaking well rested. Thanks Todd!!!

Charming house will all we needed. Easy parking. Safeway across the road. Next to a busy road but surprisingly quiet. If you are a light sleeper take the upstairs room as the house is creaky but it’s part of the charm. Felt like insta-hot water. Easy check out protocol. Two blocks from downtown Golden and Mines. We found it a great home base.

Golden - super close to downtown!

The property was amazing and exactly as advertised. We happen to get 8 in of snow when we arrived so the fact downtown was walkable was great! Highly recommend staying there.

Fun little house with a good location

The house is adorable. I don't remember if it was mentioned in the description how many steps there are to get up to the house. In the winter that made it a little tougher. I still love the house. It could use a really good cleaning, vents, and the bathroom fan. Also, it would be nice to put a mattress cover on the bed. I would definitely stay there again as I loved the house. It just needs a little tlc. fans and
