Jeff was very welcoming and took care of anything needed, including getting the ac fixed the day we arrived. The place had the basics and was convenient to downtown. Could use a few repairs (towel bar in bathroom gone) and some deep cleaning (I scrubbed the tub and declogged the drain) but overall clean and a comfortable stay.

The whole apartment was dirty smelled like cigarettes I had to clean sheets blankets pillow bathroom
I purchased all cleaning supplies I purchased a bathtub pad I left the place much better than what I found it! I left waters beers coffee creamer in the fridge We made our visit to Colorado we left the vrbo early and checked into a hotel! Loved Colorado

This property was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for one night for the Stockshow. It was close to the National Western and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the check-in process was easy. Would stay there again.
