Colorado getaway
We got off to a rough start, when we got there the house was not as clean as it should have been the backyard was covered in dog feces. The back door was almost impossible to open. Contacted the managers, and they were quick to respond. It seems as if the people they had cleaning the house had some Family emergencies, so things were not taken care of as they should’ve been and I don’t believe that the management was aware of this because they were out of town. But they came directly back from Texas when we told them of our issues and they took care of the back door immediately. First day from then on was very nice. The house is older they have remodeled the kitchen and updated the bathroom. The house is comfortable and I think if they put a little work in the backyard it would be quite beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay we were there basically to spend more time with our son who is living there. So everything worked out quite well and I thank Allison and Steve for their quick response to our issues.
