Wonderful weekend stay in Denver

My group had a fantastic time at element89 in Denver! The property was very clean and had tons of space and activities for us - the game room was a big hit! Angie was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for any large group!

Quick trip

We flew into Denver and spent the night before heading to Estes Park. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. There is a play area downstairs and bunk beds which were perfect for the little ones. The home is centrally located to the places we wanted to visit while in Denver.

So much to offer!

Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location. We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house. I highly recommend this house!

We came here after getting engaged and it was a blast with friends. We did notice the basement bathroom wasn't the cleanest, dust bunnies and such. The only real problem was that the master shower had a sign that there was no hot water, and there was no instructions to use the heated flooring. All of that would be fine if we were offered a discount or something but, we didn't know until we arrived. Other than that, it was an awesome property! Great atmosphere for our group!

Great place to stay

This is the fourth home of this type we have stayed at in the northwest Denver area and was the best by far. We had a great stay here with our 2 dogs. Unlike many other properties, there is lots of grass in the yard, so no mud. The home itself was very clean and everything just worked. No signs of mold/mildew/water damage. Live plants! We would definitely stay here again!

Fun & cozy vacay home

Our family had a great spring break and really enjoyed the space together, especially the living room where we played plenty of games as well as the game room. There were plenty of beds for all of us and we weren't crammed. Thank you for a memorable & lovely home.

Winter getaway with family and friends!

We were two families traveling to Colorado during ski week. Angie was so helpful and incredibly responsive for all our needs and questions. The house was beautifully decorated and clean (just as the photos illustrate). Our two families had great space for our individual family and great communal spaces. It was wonderful having the kids play and enjoy the downstairs living space while the parents enjoyed upstairs for a "quieter" time. :)The kitchen is well stocked and we made many meals easily and comfortably. The location of the house was also very convenient and an easy 15-20 min from local attractions. Would def stay here again!

Beautiful home.

Check in was a breeze. Angie was very responsive. Upon arrival the house needed some cleaning and as soon as I reached out to Angie she sent a cleaning crew right away to make things more comfortable for me and my family.The house is very spacious and the neighborhood is great, we felt safe. The house also has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. My kids loved the game room. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness Angie!

Family getaway with our niece

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Great house in a good location. Everything was clean and tidy. The interior furnishings were great. And the shower in the primary bathroom was like a spa treatment!

My boys attended a camp in Boulder - it was the perfect location to enjoy Denver while not in the camp and quick easy access to Boulder. The home was clean, neat, and stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

House was so nice and felt like home. Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was always available and very nice. Hot water heater went out and was fixed asap! Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado.

Family event in Denver

The house was great it accommodated our large family comfortably. Kids enjoyed the playroom and games available to them. Host Angie was very attentive, accommodating, and responded quickly to any concerns and requests we had. Unfortunately the only negative comment I have although reimbursed a small amount for the inconvenience was no running hot water for our 3 night stay. A plumber was sent for maintenance the day of check out. Despite cold showers very nice property.

Spacious and easy place for a group

Angie was lovely and a great communicator for this property. It was spacious and easy as a meeting place and overnight on our way to Boulder as a group of friends. All the accommodations were accurate from the listing. We were grateful to find something that worked well and comfortable for our 1 night stay. Like many VRBOs it’s a nicer/redone home in a less expensive neighborhood. It was a pretty high price and had some minor dust/dirt in detail cleaning (basement bath, baseboards, decor) that I expect in a home that size. Beds were clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay overall just wish it was a bit more affordable so multi-night stay could be considered for a group of 6-7 friends. It was a little less than $1k for 1 night.
