My family and I absolutely adored this home! The big yard for the kids to play in along with the Mountain View was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped. We barely had to leave for anything. The host also checked in on us via messenger, that was really kind of her. She even had dining options on the refrigerator for her guests. Oh and the beds, literally the best sleep ever!!! I could go on and on but it was just perfect! Thanks to you, Julia. You rock!

Excellent place that is very clean and has everything you need. Will definitely stay again. Only comment is the place is not as roomy as I thought looking at the photos. Bedrooms are tight. Will not stop me from staying again, just something to consider.

Julia is Great!!!
My first trip to Denver was lovely thanks, in part, to Julia! The place is exactly as the listing and Julia made checking in and out a breeze. I especially loved the semi-private patio area. I highly recommend this place and will stay here when I visit Denver again.

Home Away From Home
I can’t say much more than what the other reviews say. It was amazingly clean, comfortable beds, everything you need (including spices, and some condiments!) We visit Denver multiple times a year, hopefully this will become our regular abode while there. It was that nice.

Lovely home, great host!
Everything was exactly as shown and described in the listing! Very comfortable and clean. The host was easy to work with and super responsive. Nice little "extras" around the place too, like a soft-sided cooler, reusable shopping bags, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Cozy, well furnished home
Clean, tidy welcoming home with a nicely equipped kitchen to easily prepare your own meals. Easy access to get to major driving routes. A 12 minute walk to light train access to get you through the city. We walked to the train and rode it right downtown to enjoy a Rockies game…and they won!!!

Lovely property
This was a lovely little property. It was clean, comfortable, and the owner was very responsive. It wasn't far from downtown Denver, but it also helped that we had a car to get around, though transit was not far away. Overall, a very nice place, and I would stay there again.

Trifecta: location, beauty and comfort
This house is beautifully furnished with many little extra touches. 5 adults had plenty of space. The location was perfect to reach downtown, Boulder, Red Rocks or just grocery shopping. We especially enjoyed watching the neighborhood cats and kittens play. Julia was the consummate host and we definitely recommend her listings.

Mom’s Birthday Trip
Wonderful 3 bedroom house near Little Dry Creek trail head. Hiked every morning and saw lots of birds. Easy drive into Denver for visiting museums and shopping. Owner was easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful
Julia’s property is wonderful. Beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, high end appliances, quality linens are just a few of the outstanding qualities in this rental. There is a beautiful, spacious, private patio. Traveling can be stressful. When you enter Julia’s place you sigh with feeling of comfort and home. Julia is a wonderful, welcoming manager. I hope to stay here again on my frequent trips to see family.

Dave that “pink rock” that you stole from me was a rose quartz that was very special to me. It is a large crystal that I purchased from Estes Park Colorado. It is very clear that each rose quartz that I placed by the door of each unit is an adornment. I must say I have never had a guest steal from me!! I would greatly appreciate it if you would return it to me. I have asked Vrbo to email you with a request to return it to me. Like I said it is very special to me and I have never had a guest steal from me before! Also, might I add… I have a security camera.

Great little place!!
This front part of a duplex is perfect for 1-4 people for any duration. The property looks great from the outside with a well cared for lawn and landscaping. The house itself has a very nice living space with a smart TV and full kitchen. The three bedrooms are nicely decorated and there are plenty of towels and linens. The outdoor area is very nice and private. We spent every night out there and loved it. My only criticism is there is only one bathroom but we made do just fine. Lastly, Julia is a great host who quickly responds with store/restaurant recommendations or any other questions one might have. I highly recommend this for your stay in the Denver area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Berkley Retreat for our girls trip to Denver. Check in was a breeze. The house was immaculate and perfectly stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bedrooms are adorable with comfy beds and fans in each room. Definitely a home away from home. Julia provided a ton of suggestions for things to do during our stay so we never had a dull moment. So glad we picked this place for our stay.

Best time!
I have never encountered a host more accommodating than Julia! We arrived early but Julia kept me updated through out the day and was able to get us in the house a little early. This house was stocked with ANYTHING we could possibly need! She even provides the fire wood if you want to have a small bonfire :) The neighborhood was very quiet and has a nice historic art district not too far away. If you are looking for a place to stay with a wonderful host who also doubles as a travel agent with all her great recommendations, this is the spot for you :)

Just went on a Guys Trip to Denver and loved our stay at this house. Julia was very accommodating and the house was great. The new 65” TV was great for all the basketball games. And the back patio was a cool hang out spot. Very centrally located as well. We were very pleased with our stay.

Words could not express my gratitude for Julia or my satisfaction with her home. Her effective communication, thorough cleanliness, & quick accommodations surpassed all our expectations. Was in town for a work Conference. This home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and above all a haven to come back to at the end of the day. All the details were thought of to make a perfect stay. Highly recommend and would absoletely stay here again.

Just what we needed
Accurate listing. Clean and convenient. Close to inter urban trails (.3 miles); close to stores. 15 mins to Denver and 20 mins to the front range. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. Close to a school so we worked out in the field every morning. Julia quickly responded to all communication and conveniently lives right next door (north). The kitchen has most everything you need to cook. No issues at all.

Convenient location; better than hotel for our week-long stay
Really enjoyed the duplex location and outdoor seating for hosting our Denver relatives. Easy on/off to expressways. Excellent Mexican food in area (Guadalajara). Wish beds were queen instead of double was the only complaint but no big deal. Much nicer than 2 rooms in a hotel which was our other option for the week. Highly recommend.

The house was cozy and perfect for my party of 6!
We checked in at after 4PM after some hikes. The house was clean and organized. Love the open kitchen and living area. That’s where everyone hung out after hiking all day. We also enjoyed the patio very much! The weather cooperated, and it was very relaxing to sit out there with some beverages after a long day! Also, I appreciate how fast Julia responds!

Great stay, cozy, and welcoming.
We had a wonderful visit in Denver. After spending a full day at the Denver Zoo we came home and relaxed, made dinner, and slept well in the dark rooms and comfortable beds. We really liked that the house was so close to the light rail station, it made getting downtown a breeze. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet street, Cozy duplex.
Well-furnished and comfortable; owner responded immediately to the slightest request; Good parking on quiet street. Up to date kitchen which we used often; to King Soopers almost daily. Great landscaping job with a wonderful view of mountains. Nice outdoor sitting area for coffee and sunshine. Made us appreciate Colorado!
