Home has been remodeled in many ways and is in a great, central location. Lots of restaurants, yoga and coffee shops close by with Red Rocks and Downtown Denver within 10 minutes! Stay here! The space
420 friendly and there's an air fryer (not able to list as amenity-joking, not joking)! Quiet neighborhood in Wheat Ridge which is one mile to the west of Denver and one mile to the east of Golden. Huge backyard, multiple patios a newer hottub is super awesome. Night can be magical-especially when a clear, starry night. Orion's belt seems to always be overhead around 10 p.m.. Hottub is also maintained weekly so chemicals are not neglected and the water is fresh. Multiple patios, lawn games, fire pit and outdoor television are at your disposal. Homeowner is an x publisher of an art magazine and gallery so there are artful touches everywhere. There is a television in each room also. Sometimes the home is rented as a shared space but most of the time, as in this case, the home is rented for your party alone. I know sometimes if you read the reviews you might wonder if the homeowner is on site and it might be confusing. Stay here!

Other things to note
Snow snow snow! If I am in town I will do my best to come over and shovel. At the moment it's been hard to find a reliable shoveler in these pandemic times though honestly. There will be a shovel available on back porch where you can easily shovel to get to your car. If this will affect your booking decision, I just wanted you to know this detail. Also, after it snows, because the outdoor space has a tilted roof, you must look above in order to make sure that it won't slide down on top of your head. Also, that step can be slippery so please be careful. Also, I had a guest complain recently about single ply toilet paper and not being able to use wipes. This is unavoidable due to old pipes so if you just can't stay here unless you are able to use Charmin, I thought I would let you know. Also, you must abide by the hot tub rules which includes showering first, not submerging head, not smoking or drinking in the tub (due to red wine being spilled in the tub in the past-but you can do those things at the table next to the tub), no babies in the tub with dirty diapers, etc., The rules are in place so the following guests can also enjoy themselves. Please know homeowner is not trying to be a jerk-just trying to make it fair for all!
