Hello! I'm Austin and I’ve been renting furnished properties since 2018 when my wife and I had our first baby boy and decided to move from our downtown home to be closer to our family. We loved living downtown where there's always new things to see and do. We’ve since been blessed with another baby boy and continue to happily and thankfully grow our family. I love music and concerts and my wife enjoys working with youth and decorating for events. And we both love a good dinner/movie night. We’re very down-to-earth and strive to show kindness to everyone we come across. My goal is to continue providing value to our guests by listening to them and doing what we can to make their stay comfortable. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch-style home has been updated with modern amenities geared at providing pet friendly long-term stays (mid-term stays, long stays, monthly housing, mid-term housing, medical professional housing, nurse housing, monthly rentals, long term housing, sublets, month-to-month rentals) to our guests. The house can sleep up to 13 adults and includes Gigabit WiFi with unlimited data (no more worrying about data overage fees), detached 3 car garage with 2 secure parking spaces, garage door openers, extra storage space in the garage, and a game room featuring a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, dart board, tiki toss, giant jenga, sport ball set, bocce ball set, badminton set, putting green golf game, corn hole set, and many more games to enjoy indoors or outdoors. Guests can work from home easily at the standing desk or one of the other 4 desks and 3 office chairs in the house. With two young boys at home, we know a few things about family friendly spaces and strive for that at Perry House. So we purposely passed on the hot tub and pool as it could present various risks to pets and kids. There are many other child safe features in the house such as outlet covers and childproof covers for the gas stove.
