🏡 To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests must complete the Happy Guest registration before receiving check-in instructions and the door code.

🔐 Through our secure, app-free HappyGuest portal, you will:

📝 Review and sign the rental agreement

🪪 Complete guest registration and ID verification

💳 Choose one of the following:

A $1,000 refundable security hold (temporary card authorization, not a charge), or
🛡️ An optional $37 non-refundable damage waiver (covers stays up to 10 nights; +$2 per additional night for longer stays)

💰 The $1,000 security hold is automatically released 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported.

📱 HappyGuest is a secure website—no app download or account creation is required. It also provides your guest portal with check-in instructions, property information, and local recommendations.

🔑 Important: Check-in instructions, including the property address and door code, will only be provided after the HappyGuest registration has been completed.
