OUTDOOR SPACE
While the private pool rests for the winter season, the backyard remains a tranquil hideaway. The gazebo cabana’s soft lighting makes a perfect nook for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the crisp Colorado sky. The Traeger grill is available year-round—please bring your own pellets. French doors from the primary suite and living room open to the garden for peaceful views. Driveway + easy street parking; light rail within walking distance. 110 & 220 power/RV hookups at the front.

LIVING ROOM
A calm, plant-forward space with comfy seating, a Smart TV, and a small library of games, ideal for warming up after a day out. Soft throws, warm lighting, and garden views keep it cozy without the summer vibe.

DINING ROOM & KITCHEN
Cook simple weeknight meals or linger over brunch. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and winter comforts (think kettle, cocoa, and bakeware). The adjacent dining area is set for shared meals, laptop time, or board-game nights.

This home supports Petals 4 Pollinators, our registered 501(c)(3). A portion of proceeds helps fund native-plant gardens and pollinator education in the community—your stay does a little good while you’re here. During your stay, please enjoy the complimentary seed station of free seeds to take home with you! 🌸


Please note that our home runs on an evaporative (swamp) cooler, which is highly effective and common in Colorado during warmer months. The cooler is winterized and turned off for the season, and the home is comfortably heated throughout winter.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home. You may also see snow removal in winter or lawn and pool care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Installed outside the property, monitoring the front door and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD SAFETY: While some childproofing measures have been added, the home is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.
