Home away from home

Clean and spacious. Centrally located to our needs. Wonderful layout. Easy check in and check out. Great communication with the owner. A wonderful place to kick your feet up and relax after a day exploring the city. VERY dog friendly home and community. Can’t recommend enough.

Everyone's happy

We needed a place for grandma, three grandsons, and one of their families. One grandson had a basketbal tournament in Lakewood. We had plenty of space for everyone. comfort.

Family vacation

Roomy and clean, nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We had 8 people with plenty of room. Awesome keurig coffeemaker. There is a surprisingly large community pool that my kids really enjoyed. I would stay here again.

Family Wedding

This is a wonderful home to stay with a family. Plenty of space with private bathrooms. Worked great for traveling with an infant! We were close to the Zoo as well as a quick trip to Este Park! Highly recommend this property. The host answered our questions promptly and everything was as it was listed.

Great for family gatherings

We stayed here because it is close to my son's apartment. The house was perfect as a gathering place for 7 adults, easy to access to shopping and Denver-area activities. The host was great to work with and responsive to all of our questions. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the low cost of this house for a large group and a week-long stay. Thanks for making this place available to us!

Amazing area

The house was amazing and in a beautiful area. We loved it. So easy to get around. Beds were a little harder than we were used to, but this would not stop us from renting again. It had EVERYTHING you could want or need. So easy to check in and out. Quick responses. The swimming pool was awesome, and we really enjoyed that. The garage was perfect to park in for our Yukon.

Better than a hotel I guess

1. Some maintenance is needed for some of the damage or broken items in the home. 2. No communicating given about the pool not being open, even though I asked about hours and key card being left with a note about the pool. Kids arrived all excited and I packed tons of beach towels for everyone. 3. Parking was ridiculous, the whole area in front of the house is a "fire lane". 3. Something or someone "knocking" on the house/windows for the two days we stayed there. One time for like 20 minutes. Otherwise the home was the perfect size for our family. It is a beautiful home and we appreciated the beauty of having everyone under one roof.

Great Location

Nice and quiet neighborhood that is located nicely to lots of attractions. We had 9 people (4 adults & 5 teenage boys) stay here during an out of state basketball tournament and it still felt super spacious and never cramped. The twin bed in the basement….chefs kiss.
