Our family came together from four different states to attend the graduation ceremony at Regis University. The accommodations, location, and amenities were perfect for our group. This was my first short term rental experience. I wasn't sure what to expect. The instructions and communication were clear. We had a great experience!

Great quiet location. Easy for four adults to stay. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, I was able to go on walks every morning with no misgivings. House was clean, linens were great plenty of parking if you had more than one vehicle. Fifteen minutes from downtown.

Get Away
My daughter and I stayed here, during a quick get away and a concert at Red Rocks. The property was what was advertised. We had more then enough room for the two of us. The roof top patio was relaxing and the games in the gameroom were entertaining. Great stay, would recommend.

There were 4 of us who visited Denver for the first time. The house worked well for us and inside space was clean comfortable. There is some tape on the kitchen floor that is peeling up and should be fixed. The outside yard can use a cleaning and the deck also needs an update. If those issues are addressed I would rate this this place a 4.5. As is I rate it a 3.5. I would stay again.
