Great location next to a lovely Park. The house was clean when we arrived. Had some plumbing issues which took two plumbers to resolve. Host was good at communicating and worked to resolve the issue.

Wonderful location with an amazing backyard! We had two very nice nights staying with our dogs who loved roaming the backyard. The garage made it easy for us to leave our car with Christmas presents securely stowed while we enjoyed the area. The interior was spacious and while we didn't need the extra rooms with just two of us, we noted that we could comfortably bring a few other couples in the future. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thanks!

Pictures were so deceiving! This place was worn and dirty! Nice neighborhood, but outside of that and the large yard this place was not good. Mold in the showers, grout falling out, leaking faucet, stains on the furniture, table was so worn, I almost fell through a chair that was so old, there’s dust and dirt collected on the decor. There are no night stand lights in the bedroom, the carpet was dirty looking! I didn’t even want me dog on it. Outside the furniture was so dirty! This place was dark, dark. Really insufficient lighting. The kitchen fridge showed the filter needed replacing. I don’t recommend this place.Power went out during our stay and out like the host didn’t pay utilities. The neighborhood at power. Couldn’t get resolved and we moved out. Received no refund for 6 unused days. He didn’t return calls, VRBO could not resolve, terrible host!

Very comfortable large beds with a large fenced in backyard perfect for entertaining. Take time to go across the intersection to the park, where there are many walking trails in a large playground.

Excellent location!The park is a block away for a nice walk! The town of Littleton is close by too.All four bedrooms have king size beds which we appreciate for a good night sleep.We had a little hiccup with the lack of supplies but, Jeff responded quickly and the problem was solved in no time. We stay again.

First of all, the neighborhood felt safe and secure. That was a relief! The home is very comfortable and has a happy vibe. My son spent time with us and was able to bring his dog to hang out with our dog. The yard is wonderful for us to play games and have fun. Our host, Jeff, was very helpful when I had questions on checking in, and gave us great ideas on things to do while we were in town. Jeff made sure we knew if we had any questions to just ask. It was great!I didn’t want to leave! Also, restaurants and shopping were so close and convenient and easy to get to! So many bonuses with this home!

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds and pillows, large fenced yard great for our dog. Well-equipped kitchen, large fridge and washer and dryer. Very easy arrival and departure with clear, timely instructions.

Great property!!

This property worked perfect for my wife and I, and our dog. The backyard is large and fully fenced in with lush grass and a large patio. All bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had huge beds.The really large television in the living room came in handy during the NBA playoff games.I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend concert

We enjoyed our stay, the house and property were great. Very comfortable and we appreciated the king beds, tv’s and fans in the bedrooms. Patio was inviting and the house was stocked with everything you would need. Appreciated the back and forth communication with the host as well. The whole process was a dream. Thanks again.

Satisfied our needs

All in all, this property was satisfactory for our short stay in Colorado. I didn’t expect to have to sign up for an outside app to get instructions and pay an additional fee / damage deposit but it is what it is. I don’t use Vrbo often so I don’t know if this the norm now. Just a heads up that you will need an outside app to obtain entry details and a few more steps to the reservation process.

Great Home Base for Denver Adventures

This is a great home base to explore Denver. It has a comfortable layout for families and a nice big yard for pets and kids alike, plus it is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Home Needs a Few Things

We're giving a 4-star review and make the following suggestions for improving the experience. The bathroom towels should be updated and include a good selection of washcloths and hand towels. All bedrooms should have bedside tables and reading lamps on each side of the beds. One of the wing chairs in the living room cannot be used because it has lost its spring. We found the house to be clean, otherwise well equipped and in a great location.

Excellent Response Time

Had an issue with the HVAC. Within an hour and a half Jeff had someone out fixing it. Couldn’t ask for better! Only issue was the cleanliness of the shower downstairs. We had to clean it before using.

Great place and responsive host!

Our family of nine (adult children and spouses) stayed for a weekend. Optimal location where we could walk the park trails and were close to everything. Host was accommodating and very responsive before and during our stay. King beds and pillows were super comfortable and second living area was nice amenity for our large group so some could be up later. Highly recommend this place!
