Siblings trip

The property worked great for 10 people. It was nicely updated, clean and was just as appeared online. Good communication with AirSimplicity. Would highly recommend this space.

Good Location

The location of the property was ideal to get to places around the Denver area. It met our needs for my siblings, I and family. Communication from property manager was great. We didn't have any major issues during our stay.

We had an awesome time in Denver. House was perfect for the family. If you like watching TV there is one only in the family room down stairs. None in the bedrooms .This was the perfect place it was close to everything. Thanks for hosting us

Basic & clean VRBO rental

We rented this VRBO for a family reunion. It was very clean and met our basic needs. Check in/out was easy. We recommend checking with the property's rental company ahead of arrival on what additional supplies need to be packed in/out for a larger party (plates, hand soap, extra towels, back yard seating).

Passing through

This rental is not accurately listed, older home with a musty smell. Checked in late in the evening as we were just passing through. Cons: We were traveling with 4 older people (all over 70) and they were wanting to relax and watch a little TV; no TV on the main floor. The only TV was down in the lower area (basement), steep stairs so no one enjoyed that. Also, 2 of the bathrooms had less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and one had a broken towel rack and a very loose toilet seat. Although the listings ask that you take off your shoes in carpeted areas, the carpet was not very clean. We kept socks on. Pros: The showers were clean and convenient to get back on freeway. I sent a message to the host with some of the issues and they did send a response via email quickly. Couldn't fix the issue until next day after we left. We were coming from Montana and Idaho Park and stayed at a couple of other VRBOs and those were truly amazing so it was very disappointing to stay at a place that had the same rating but not at all the same experience.

Lovely Property

The pictures match the property-don't be afraid of the lack of curb appeal as the inside is lovely. Seems recently updated. There is a hair dryer, but if you have long hair bring your own. The kitchen seems stocked, but we did not cook. The beds were comfortable. Everything is white which is nice, but maybe have a dark colored wash cloths so the white towels don't get messed up from make up (not an issue for me), The basement is a bit cold which my boys loved! The property is near stores, restaurants and easy on and off the major highways that take you to all the destinations. The management company and owner are very nice to work with. When you leave you text checkout-take a tip from me and do not make that text until you have literally backed out of the driveway because we got locked out a bit too soon.

Impeccable property

My group and I were thoroughly pleased and impressed with the house. 4 men and we had plenty of room. The attention to detail in the decor and appointments was unparalleled. The neighborhood is close to the freeway so our trips downtown were quick and easy. The manager was super quick to respond to my inquiries before, during, and after my trip. Best bang for the bucks, no doubt! Would definitely pick this gem again on my next Denver excursion.

Amazing stay!

This property is stunning. The house was so much more than we expected. The rooms were clean, the game room was awesome, and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure.
