This unit had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. The park next door is nice to walk through. We will stay here again on our next trip to Colorado!
We had a great stay here. Beautiful park right next door was the perfect location to walk our dog. Just enough room for my husband, me and my mother. We were in town visiting family just a short mile away. Close to lots of quick shopping needs. We will definitely stay here again.
Our host Jeff was easy to work with and we loved the quite neighborhood. The location was close to shopping/restaurants.
However, a deeper cleaning of the house & yard (the hedge near the gate needs to be cut back)would have made this a 5 star rental. Also, the liquid hand soap was empty.
It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak. Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand.
Property is easy to find and is convenient to the interstate, a small park, a grocery, and several restaurants.
The shower is great! Unfortunately, it was unseasonably hot when we visited and the A/C unit simply could not keep up during the heat of the day. There were not screens on the windows; therefore, we couldn't open windows. The ceiling fan in the living room was great, but a couple of box fans would have been helpful to circulate some air to the bedrooms
Communication with owner was ideal; check-in and check-out were simple.
This property was a perfect place for us. We were visiting our son’s family. The house was clean and stocked well for our needs.Quiet and safe seeming community. Our granddaughter, who is 2, loved the park next door. She still talks about her “Nana and Papa’s” park. The house was just the right size for my husband and myself. We had planned on bringing our little dog with us but the high temperatures (115-120 degrees in Kansas) during our drive would have been too much for him. This property would have been great for him since the park is right next door. We hope to get this property the next time we visit our son. We were so pleased with this property. Thank you for providing such a cute house and pleasant stay!
Place was clean, easy to locate just off of one of Arvada/Westminsters main drags, Sheridan making access east to the Interstates. Close to shopping. We picked this particular place due to it being about 5 minutes from relatives. Cheaper and way more comfortable/convenient than a hotel. Will stay here again!
The property was perfect for us. Jeff is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. My wife and I were here to visit family. We will definitely be back!
The place was in a quiet neighborhood right next to a park. Close to places to eat and shop. Good access to Denver and my favorite place Old Towne Arvada.
We stayed two nights. Not knowing the area Jeff, the owner, was very helpful in providing us with great hiking spots and restaurants. We enjoyed our time in the area.
Great location, close to the mountains and downtown. Located in a quiet neighborhood next to a park. The little rental had its own access gate. Perfect place for vacation stay. Bonus- the snow on and around the property was beautiful!
A comfortable private guesthouse for my husband and I. The location was convenient for visiting our son who lives on the south side of Arvada. Check in/out was easy and Jeff responded quickly to questions/requests via VRBO messaging.
Dark in the kitchen. Light under microwave is out. Could have used a few more towels. Beds great. Nice and quiet. Had to plunge the toilet twice. Enjoyed the park for morning walks.
Convenient location to get to the foothills, Red Rocks, and Denver. It could stand to be deeped cleaned. Lots of cobwebs in the vaulted ceiling and bathroom. And it would benefit from shades/blinds on the bedroom with two windows.
This was a very convenient location for us visiting our son in Denver. We did share the driveway and fbackyard with the owners but we never saw them. The neighborhood was nice and having a park right next to us was a plus! Our pups loved the park and the fenced in backyard ! The house could use some deep cleaning and some updating (carpets, furniture, kitchen floor by sink, etc.). We were able to see just the tips of the mountains from the West window. Will bring camp chairs to sit outside next time we stay! :)
