Tru By Hilton was overbooked and instead of the king bed room i reserved, i ended up in a different hotel - Homewood Suites. Was informed that i would be getting a two bed room with queen beds. The beds were not queen, just double and extremely unconfortable. Was not happy with the service as i didnt get the room requested and i ended up with a sub standard room for a Hilton Hotel.

Close enough to the airport for a comfortable layover. Clean, modern rooms, snack shop, and bar. They even have a pool table in the restaurant for guests to use. Great spot.

Tru Hotel at Denver International Airport (DIA) offers a delightful stay experience for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. My recent stay at this hotel left me thoroughly impressed with its impeccable cleanliness and modern amenities. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a vibrant atmosphere with numerous lounge areas, a well-stocked bar, and an array of food options. This setup provides a perfect space for relaxation or catching up on work while enjoying a drink or a bite to eat. One highlight of Tru Hotel is its spacious and well-equipped fitness center. Despite being a hotel gym, it offered a variety of equipment, making it easy to stick to your fitness routine while on the road. The breakfast served at the hotel was a delightful surprise, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, there's something for everyone to enjoy. While the room itself may have been on the smaller side, it was cleverly designed to maximize space and comfort. Everything I needed was neatly arranged, and the room was spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, my experience at Tru Hotel was fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to fellow travelers. The combination of cleanliness, amenities, and comfort makes it an excellent choice for anyone staying near Denver International Airport. I certainly look forward to staying here again on my future trips

Our flight was canceled causing us to stay an unexpected night in Denver. I called around to several hotels to get info about shuttles. They stated they have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to the airport. So we booked this hotel because we needed the shuttle. We reserved our spot on the shuttle for 3:40am. We got downstairs right at 3:40. There was no shuttle. We came back in and asked the front desk lady. She said it was 3:41 and they do not wait even a minute. I explained we got out there at 3:40, and didn’t see a shuttle anywhere, not even pulling out of the lot. She had zero empathy. We were on time but the shuttle left us. We had already had a rough trip, but her attitude toward us made it even worse. There were a few people in the lobby that told us the shuttle had left 5-10 minutes before that. So the lady at the front desk lied to us, then tried to blame it on the time change. We ended up having to order a $40 Uber. This was the hotels fault. Their shuttle is not dependable if it is leaving 5-10 minutes before scheduled times. I assume most people staying here will want reliable transportation. I would recommend another hotel that cares a little more about customers making their flight.

The walls have zero insulation.. the people in the next room were extremely disrespectful! Slamming doors and TV was so loud well into the morning, felt like they were sleeping in same room... got 2 hours sleep!! It was clean and staff were great!!

Even though it was winter time the room was hot. We put the AC on and it would not cool down the room. The pillows were paper thin. Tru has always been my favorite hotel but I was disappointed with this location.

Shuttle was exceptionally slow and check in the same. They should have had two people at the front desk and the shuttle driver gave 0 Fs that it was freezing and he was 20 minutes late from when the front desk said he’d be there

Hard floors, comfy stay.
I would recommend using rugs next to the beds... little runner ones so that guests don't have to step on the cold hardwood floor. Provide more viewing/streaming options on TV (not just Netflix/Showtime) I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate. The breakfasts were FANTASTIC!! Courteous staff.

The reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Unfortunately it was down for maintenance and I had some very unhappy kids. The rooms were nice and clean I would stay here again as long as the pool is in working order.
