Great stay

Bi-annual gathering of some east and west coast friends and had a great time at this location. The neighborhood and easy walking access to the city along with short rides to hikes in Red Rocks, Boulder, and Golden made the trip all the better.

Todd was fantastic and his place is in the perfect spot to enjoy all the great bars, restaurants, and shops in LoHi while being a short walk to LoDo. We highly recommend!!

Great looking place in an ideal location for getting around without a car. The hot tub was great, though only for 3-4 people max. Beds were comfortable, though the extra room downstairs gets pretty chilly. The host was very responsive.

Great location close to bars and restaurants. Wonderful to have parking in this desirable neighborhood. Incredibly comfortable apartment. Booking and check-in was seamless and the host even accommodated us for an extra night. Highly recommend and would rebook in the future. Thank you!

Perfect in Denver

This is a great space in a perfect location for visiting Denver. The common area is great for hanging out for several people and the views, especially at night, are killer. We like a vibrant neighborhood, which this is. There are two restaurants nearby that have some noise but it didn't bother us at all. It really has two bedrooms, with a bed in the lower entry room for sleeping, but overall it fits plenty of guests. The kitchen is very well appointed and the rooftop hot tub and deck are a huge plus.

Fun Location

Overall the property was very nice. However, there was a little wear and tear on it. For example the towel bars were ripped off of the bathroom walls. The rooftop with the hot tub was nice, but unfortunately the hot tub was 74 degrees when we arrived and was not hot enough to go into until the next day. The owner was very nice and responsive.
