I’ve stayed in many properties - all different shapes and sizes - this place is second to none. Excellent location in both Denver and neighborhood specifically (off-street parking space is plus). The apartment is spacious; for cooks the kitchen had every amenity; the furnishings were moden; bathroom was like new; excellent tv. And quiet. Giselle could not have been nicer or more helpful. Grade A
This place was comfortable, clean, and cozy. It was great for our week in Colorado, especially with our 2 year old. There were toys and so many great amenities that made traveling with kid(s) easier. Thank you!

Perfect city haven
A clean, quiet, comfortable, well appointed unit right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend!
This place was fabulous! Clean, beautifully appointed, top notch amenities and great location. Although it’s an apartment below a home there are enough full size windows and a door that make it feel open. The host was immediately responsive to requests and very nice and welcoming. There are children upstairs and some noise as they get ready for school, but that’s about it. Very little traffic noise and the street and the home are gorgeous. I will be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We loved our stay in the apartment next to Cheeseman Park. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything one would need during their stay. My spouse worked a few days during the trip and found the space that was made available to be comfortable and the internet bandwidth appropriate for her needs. We were very comfortable in the living environment. The host was responsive to our questions. We will most definitely stay here again when we come back to Denver.
