The location was great! We enjoyed watching the whales in the morning while sipping coffee. The unit and property are very quiet. We barely heard any of the neighbors. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the common area and the kids loved the indoor pool. Our only complaint is that my husband and I couldn't sleep in the master because of the bed. There is a very large void/sag on one side of the mattress. We put our kids in there instead and slept separately in the other rooms.
