Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a delight with large rooms and a great verandah out the front looking over the valley. Water quality is a bit sus so take your own for drinking. Privacy and views.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor amenities for mountain bikers, was giving a checklist of things to complete before leaving, would not recommend if you would like to show up and ride bikes at derby

Beautiful family home. Very peaceful. Comfortable beds ,with a well equipped kitchen . Just ten minutes out of Derby wonderful views . The sunset was amazing.

I can't praise this accommodation highly enough. A lovely house in a beautiful setting on the edge of a town with a fascinating history. The house was well appointed, spotless, cared for, and set up for guests with a great deal of thoughtfulness. It was the best accommodation we experienced on our trip around Tasmania.
