"Fantastic fortnight here on the river. Angie and Tony were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean and reassuring that everything was fogged when the cleaner went in after a week to change sheets and towels. A car is essential to get to anywhere to visit. The pool was great too nice and warm. Only one cottage allowed in the pool and gym at a time which was mostly respected. Overall a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future. "The cottage is in a quiet area but is close to beaches as well as shops and eateries. It is extremely comfortable & well cared for and very clean throughout. The kitchen is well stocked. Our dog was well catered for, with treats on arrival & dog throws on the settees and both the front and back gardens are enclosed and secure. The back garden is a sun trap and a lovely place to sit in. "

"Great location for walks and wildlife. Handy for historic homes too. The cottage is well equipped and has a lovely garden. Good parking on property. Lots of places to eat within a short car ride as well as the local pub.The only drawback for adults is arrangement of furniture which, while tolerable and did not put us off, would probably better suit a family with children."

"Ideally positioned hotel within walking distance to the city centre but easily accessible via vehicle with parking. Comfortable clean and well appointed room with good decor and clean modern bathroom facilities . Tea/ coffee provided in room. Breakfast package was purchased and breakfast quality and service was superb . Would recommend and we will stay again. "
