A villa with 8 independent lodgings and 2 common rooms. The estate enjoys a breathtaking view from which to admire wonderful sunsets.



Guests have access to the entire property, including the swimming pool, the sauna and the outdoor hot tub in the garden, as well as the common areas (for meals, TV, and tastings). The property is fully fenced and has two entrance gates: a main gate and a secondary gate.

All rooms are double, and prices are set on the basis of one accommodation being assigned for every 2 adults. For special requirements, guests must send a message to the owner, who will then evaluate the request. Example: 10 adults and 4 children 5 double rooms will be assigned for the 10 adults and 2 double sofa beds for the 4 children. Smoking is allowed on the patio, veranda, and terrace. Pets up to 7 kg are allowed with an additional fee.

By car you can reach the nearest towns (Deruta and Bettona are both 8km away). There is a dirt road of approximately 1 km before reaching the asphalted road

The property is located in the hills of Deruta, in a very scenic and green area, ideal for nature lovers, woodland walks, and mountain bike enthusiasts.
