“Pool was closed and carpet in hall is lumpy. Staff is nice and helpful. Laundry was clean.”

“From approximately 8 PM until around 10:30 PM, we heard doors slamming multiple times, as well as large groups of unsupervised children running through the hallway. We called the front desk a few times, and we were told that our room was next to weighted doors on public bathrooms and conference rooms. The hotel staff told us they could not “police everyone.” The next morning, we were woke up from the same door slamming before 6 AM. When we spoke with the front desk staff again this morning,……

“The property changed our reserved room without notification. Once we were checked in and saw the room and brought it to their attention, then they offered a discount.”

“Hotel is full of long term tenants. Hallways smell like marijuana and other drugs being burnt. Police were called to remove drunk occupant at 2:30am which turned into a standoff. The room above us had a huge fight that woke us up at 2:20am. This hotel is not safe. We left at 2:45am and continued our drive to the east coast. I am requesting a refund.”

“The room was not as clean as I would've expected. The bathroom had a handful of hair in the shower and the grout needs replaced. There was a mystery stain on the stairs and crumbs on the couch. And I woke up to the TV glitching like crazy. The staff checked me in, but nothing particularly special about that. Not very satisfying considering the price.”

“Unfortunately, our stay ended before it even began. Shortly after arriving, we found what appeared to be bed bugs in the bed. We immediately took photos and brought them to the front desk. The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. We decided to leave for our own peace of mind and called back later that evening because we were told the night staff had the authority to process refunds. Instead, we were told that the sheets were……

“One night stay. Arrived early, no rooms available told to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes watched 2 people check in with none available yet for us. 20 minutes later gal at the desk got us a room. Everything new bright clean. No Issues. Great breakfast. Waited 10 minutes at desk to check out. No one present finally 3 or 4 of the people waiting just left the keys and walked out. 8:30AM the front desk of a sold out hotel and no one present.”
