「I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.」

「Lightly staffed. The coffee area was closed off for cleaning in mid-morning. Doesn’t seem efficiently run. Good location for walking distance to Hayden Amp so it has that going for it.」

「The reception staff was so helpful and upgraded our rooms without us asking. Our room had a jacuzzi tub which was a great way to warm up after a day of rafting. They helped us figure out the TV channels and the attitude was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are updated-ish but I’ve stayed in a lot more “modern” looking rooms where the staff was not at all pleasant. Overall, the reception and management people made this stay memorable in a very positive way.」

「Pros: No bugs!!! Clean bedding and towels, nearby ice machine, close to several stores and food options. Never felt like I wasn’t safe. Quiet motel. Cons: Poor WiFi, extremely rundown room, dirty walls and carpet, air conditioning doesn’t work that great. This hotel should be $85 a night. Not $233. But everything in Bend was expensive this weekend so I get it. They’re playing the game.」

「The hotel rooms are very old, There is a clear difference from the picture ！many corners of the rooms are dirty, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very poor! Very disappointed!」

「The building is obviously old, but it's been kept up on pretty well. It has a great vibe, and is very nicely set up for just hanging out with friends or getting to know others. Wish I was able to stay for a few more days- maybe next time.」
