Well laid out apartment

The flat is very comfortable for two friends travelling together. It is about 15 minutes walk to the centre of town, and there is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The property manager Diego is very friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is pleasant and peaceful, with good views of the lake from the pool area. There is a nice park next to the complex and you can walk from there under the railway line into the countryside, where there is a good restaurant/pizzeria. The one main drawback is the two bedrooms share a single air conditioning unit in the hallway, so you need to leave the bedroom doors to get the benefit. Imwould happily stay again.

Top-Wohnung mit schönem Pool

Die Erstkommunikation mit dem Verwalter Diego und der direkte Kontakt vor Ort mit dem sympathischen Eigentümer Andrea hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Empfang, die Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärungen waren Top. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Garage in der kühlen Tiefgarage, für die heissen Sommertage war dies enorm nützlich. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was es braucht und wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Der Pool ist wirklich gross und sauber. Andrea hat auch nützliche Tipp's betreffend Ausflüge und Restaurant's gegeben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Erg mooi appartement in een zeer net complex met ruim balkon. Zwembad was groot en waren altijd voldoende bedjes om op te liggen. Vrij drukke spoorlijn loopt vlak langs het complex. Binnen in appartement is dit nauwelijks hoorbaar maar op balkon wel. Er is uitzicht op struiken en tuinen vanaf balkon maar niet op het Gardameer. Minpuntje vonden wij de bedden. De matrassen waren te hard en lagen niet comfortabel. Het is een luxe rustig appartementen complex waar je prima vakantie kunt vieren als je van rust houdt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wir sind vom Eigentümer Andrea und von Diego sehr herzlichen empfangen worden. Große Wohnung, großer Balkon und großer Pool. Im Haus selbst war es sehr ruhig. Pool ist wirklich gigantisch. Parkplatz fürs Auto entweder draußen oder in der Tiefgarage Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben sehr viele Tipps erhalten. Da waren Restaurants dabei, aber such Hinweise, was auf jeden Fall angeschaut werden sollte.
