We have highly appreciated the confort of this spaceful and silent flat. It is a pleasure to take breakfast on the balcony with a delicious view on the lake. The only point which can be improved is the confort of the bed. We feel the springs of the mattress when we sleep. We solved this issue sleeping on the comforter. I do recommend this place to stay for vacation.

We find the position of the flat perfect. In the night is it a little bit loud for persons who sleep at 10 p.m. but its possible.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sauber , aber die Einrichtung/Ausstattung grenzwertig. Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aussenanlage gepflegt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Daher war die Größe von Wohnung und Terrasse ideal. Küche, Bad und Terrassen möbel sollten unbedingt renoviert werden. Ausblick und Lage haben uns etwas entschädigt. Wir haben uns arrangiert und diesen Urlaub genossen

Die schöne und empfehlenswerte Appartmentanlage liegt direkt am Gardasee mit einem schönen Liege- und Poolbereich. Die Altstadt von Desenzano ist sehr nah und mit einem kurzen Spaziergang am Gardasee erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden unserem Appartment und der Anlage.

Ein Wahnsinns Blick vom Balkon ( Leider mit Toilettenfenster vom Nachbarn). Alles da was man braucht. Küche sehr klein. Sehr Central gelegen. Nebenan 2 Restaurants manchmal etwas laut ( war aber nicht schlimm). Das Bett sehr sehr hart man hatte das Gefühl auf ein Brett zu liegen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Der Fön wurde wohl noch nie sauber gemacht. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer schönen aber auch teuren Wohnung.

Wir hatten ein Groundfloor-Appartement mit großer Terrasse und Seeblick gebucht. Einquartiert wurden wir im Keller auf Teifgaragennieveau, zwar mit Seeblick, aber auf Höhe der direkt angrenzenden Strandpromenade, wo Menschenmassen an der Terrasse vorbei liefen, was die Nutzung der großen Terrasse quasi unmöglich machte. (Man fühlte sich wie im Zoo) Ich hatte bei Buchung extra nach der Lage der Wohnung gefragt und mir wurde zugesichert, dass es ein EG-Appartement sei. Offensichtlich hat man bei Wonderful Italy eine andere Definition von Groundfloor. Nur auf ausdrückliches Drängen und nach nochmaliger Zahlung der Grundreinigung war ein Appartementwechsel nach 5 Tagen in die zweite Etage möglich. Die Appartements selbst sind alle sehr schön, modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Der Service der Rezeption vor Ort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage im Zentrum von Desenzano del Garda ist ideal. FeWo-Direkt war übrigens in dem Prozess keine Unterstützung, trotz sog. Zufriedenheitsgarantie. Auf eine Rückmeldung zu unserer Reklamation verbunden mit der Bitte um Unterstützung warte ich bis heute.
