「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「This hotel was adorable. I really enjoyed sitting at the pool and looking at the mountains while I worked. There were not a whole bunch of other people there when I stayed in the middle of the week, so it was perfect and relaxing!」

「Chill, beautiful resort, comfortable king room with poolside lounge chairs and ice/water steps away and a fridge in the room. There are two 24-tour warm pools, hot tub, pickle ball, tons of room for groups and mountain views. No wind, great staff and restaurant on the weekends! We’ll be back! Deb」
