"Cheguei no hotel e não havia ninguém, então assumi o bangalô que estava vazio, por minha conta. Reservei bangalô com TV e chaleira elétrica e não havia (só no 3⁰ dia apareceu uma menina da faxina e consegui a chaleira e uma torradeira). O lugar é muito espaçoso e confortável e a localização agradável de frente ara a praia, nas não tem opção de restaurante ou comércio nas imediações (só um restaurante no hotel ao lado, sem muita variedade)...Wi fi horroroso"

"Fabulous, like 5 star wonderful. Bungalows are so comfortable, pool areas and deck chairs made relaxing so easy. They have a non smoking pool and an adults only pool both invaluable for us. Staff were so great would thoroughly recommend Quinci Villas to relax and unwind, it’s paradise!!"

"Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the massage people with ferby came. NOT IMPRESS WITH THAT PERSON. To compromised Ferby."

"This was an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were friendly and incredible. Food was good. Views were fabulous. The only downside, which is no fault of the hotel at all, was the mosque blaring its call to prayer multiple times a day. Very very disruptive. "Hotel has seen some life over the years, so could do with a bit of refurb (rooms). But the outside area, garden, pool etc is really nice. You spend most pf the time outside and its lovely there. Pool - big; Palm trees - all around; Right on the sea front - yes. They have daily activities, most are for kids but still a bonus. Gym is quite small but is open 24/7 so you can use it whenever. Staff are of course great. Hotel gives off ‘white lotus - hawaii’ vibes, but in a good way. Breakfast is good, enough choice for everyone, both indonesian or continental style. Dinners (we had half board) were limited from actual ‘payable’ menu, but still good enough. Had new dish each night. Location - interesting. Most hotels in senggigi closed some time ago, so only handfull of big ones remain. It is very different to Kuta in the south. The nature is picturesque going up north, so worth it. Take a bike to bangsal and have 5min fast public boat to gili islands."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. We booked the beachfront suite and it was stunning! The bed faces straight out the window, overlooking the beach. The amenities in the room were great and the day bed in the outside area of the room was just brilliant! The staff are all lovely and so helpful and the massages at the spa are incredibly relaxing. The food in the restaurant was all delicious. The hotel is in a remote location so there isn't much around it but perfect for switching off and relaxing."
