Welcome to Blue Ocean Harbor Paradise with covered parking for your boat, car or trailer. Where the whole group will enjoy easy access to the private beach, 5 pools, boat dock, fishing, harbor taxi, 2 restaurants on site, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board and bocce ball! All in a gated resort with 24hr security.
Your beach vacation doesn't get much better than this. Bright newly decorated condo steps away from the harbor & only a 5 minute walk to the clean beautiful beach. This 2BD/2BA sleeps 7 people very comfortably for an unforgettable vacation. Be sure to catch the breathtaking sunset over the harbor from the Louisiana Laginipe Restaurant just steps from the condo.
Guest access
Guests have access to all resort amenities. The 5 beautiful pools and relaxing hot tubs plus a chip n put 9 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board, bocce ball and BBQ grills. WiFi is available as well as 24 hour front gate security.
We welcome you to our condo and the Sandpiper Cove Resort. While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
Parking ~ Guests may park 2 cars tandem or boat trailer and car in the designated carport space. Any additional vehicles will need to use the common parking areas. You must display your parking permit on the rear view mirror of your vehicle at all times. Do not risk being towed.
Occupancy ~ Our condo maximum capacity is NO MORE than 7 guests. There must be at least one adult 30 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. ONLY registered guests may utilize the complex amenities.
Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. in the common areas, hallways, balconies porches, pool and parking lot is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am
Balconies ~ No objects (cigarette butts, food for gulls, soda cans, beer cans etc.) are to be thrown from a balcony or corridors at any time for any reason. Nothing should be hanging in the railings. ** Please clean your area, sweep up sand, dirt, trash, etc.
Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed of by an adult in the large dumpsters on the sides of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
Pets ~ Pets are not allowed in our condo
Parties ~ Parties or events are not allowed in our condo
Smoking ~ Smoking is not allowed in our condo
Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pools. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure.
BBQ ~ BBQ pits of any kind are Prohibited. Use ot the common BBQ pits is allowed.
Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
A good cohabitation requires common sense, respect for sleep hours, politeness, tidiness and awareness of the common good. Thanks for helping insure a great vacation for everyone!
