Excellent place to stay

I loved everything about this place. It was clean, well-appointed, gorgeous views, and it felt like a comfy home at the beach. If you have three kids, it’s the perfect place because of the bunk beds and single bed in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay here again if we have that opportunity. This is our fourth time at the Magnolia House, and this is the best unit that we’ve stayed in.

This condo is beautiful and very well decorated in beach decor. The housekeeping wasn’t to our standards so I did some cleaning myself. During our 2 week stay we encountered 3 cockroaches in the condo. This condo is in a gated community and you have to walk a short distance to the beach or ride their chauffeured golf cart.

Great location for family vacation!

We glad that we picked this place! Everything there in the building/unit are well equipped and the beach is not crowded and quiet to relax, very kids friendly and definitely will be back for our family vacation.

A little bit of the Bahamas in Destin, FL!

We really enjoyed our trip to Destin! This was my first trip to Destin, FL. We had an amazing view from our room. Our room was very nice and clean. Our room overlooked the pool and the bay. I loved sitting and watching all of the boats go by and the beautiful sunsets!! I felt like we were on a little, private island. The tram took us right to the beach or walking provided views of wildlife and lovely surroundings. We would definitely like to visit this area again and would book the same room if available. Thank you for such a nice stay!!!

Great visit

Great visit, as always - first time we rented with Vacasa - communication was excellent. They emailed me, as specified, a couple of days before visit with check-in info - everything was accurate and complete. We had no issues and the rental company communicated with us throughout our visit. Would definitely use them again. :)

Book Somewhere Else

I hope this is left up because this condo is not the place to stay! The view is disappointing. The cleanliness of this unit was subpar. Older unit with a broken sliding door that made me constantly worry about my toddler getting out. I was not happy with management either. Took 3 days to get it fixed after 10 calls. Also the ottoman was broke. And the master room is hard to get air flow in. Way too much money for way too little. :-( ruined our trip

Location. Magnolia House is my favorite place to stay. Great grounds and safe. Second stay in 412. Love the corner condo! Sofa has many stains and outdoor furniture not comfy at all! Slight upgrade from 4 years ago. Condo was clean and kitchen is great. Can’t beat the view. Just get some new slip overs for the stained couch. We didn’t sit in ANY of the LR furniture
