Picture perfect house

This property was absolutely perfect for our party of 11! We had all ages from a 7 month old baby up to a 72 year old grandma. We absolutely loved the golf cart and drove it to the beach. The pool was wonderful for the kids. There was enough space to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom. We had a tiny issue that we had to call the management company about. They were very responsive and fixed the problem right away. I was a little concerned after booking this property about the possibility of alligators coming in from the water. You cannot tell from the pictures, but the property actually has a 4 to 5 foot drop off that did not allow for any type of wildlife to roam onto the property. Overall we had an amazing trip and would book this property again in a heartbeat! Wonderful memories were made!!

Family of 11 stayed here. Beautiful home, excellent location. Views of lake and ocean close by were fantastic. Home in very good condition. Just like the photos. Loved it Issue is with the tone, tenor, contracts and response to help which was very poor. Every statement or email for any issue starts with an implied warning of fines For a home which we were paying over $1000/night, reached on Christmas Day and they had no wine opener, or mittens etc. never received it even when we requested. When there was an issue, or so we thought about our heated pool, the first statement was the additional charges we would incur because they assumed we had screwed up. We had not, as it worked the next morning While we enjoyed this home, and the mgmt definitely left a very sour taste in our mouths.

My new favorite place!

This property is absolutely breathtaking. I am a home design and real estate lover and I was so aesthetically pleased with every inch of this home. The location is absolutely perfect. I felt totally zen from the moment we arrived. The lake is a beautiful view and the catch and release bass fishing is amazing right from the backyard. The kayaks that came with the property were such a treat and a lover of all of our kids from 7 years old to 16. The 6 person golf cart was perfect! We took it to eat and to cruise and to go to the beach everyday. Didn’t even get in our vehicle. Also, we have 2 year old and I was really nervous about the pool and lake. I stressed that he would get out of the door and slip away for an entire week before the trip. It wasn’t a problem at all. The back door is very heavy and he couldn’t even make it budge so that helped me relax a lot! All around this place was a perfect location, it was amazingly beautiful and comfy, & it was truly just a great time!

Lakeside Rendezvous

This property was amazing and should be featured on HGTV. My family and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was one of our favorite vacations to date. This roomy home is luxuriously decorated and the heated pool and spa with the view of the lake offered hours of entertainment. Would highly recommend.

Destination Destin

We have stayed in many vacation rental properties, and this is by far the best one yet. The rental manager Bart and his staff are top flight. Due to Hurricane Sally , we needed to extend our stay an additional day and they obliged, which kept me and my family members safe. The property is HGTV worthy to say the least. With the weather being so problematic, we enjoyed this home to the fullest. We cooked, watched movies, played games ,and fished in the lake, etc. Relaxation at the highest level.Thanks again.

Wonderful House with Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It looked like a professionally decorated home with all the amenities you could want. The pool was so nice. It was a short walk or ride in the gulf cart to the beach. The beach had amazing white sand and the water unbelievably clear. All you need to bring is your beach towels and clothes and you are set. The few issues we had were handled by Bart who would immediately handle it. He was very responsive. Great house that we would love to stay at again.

Destiny east -lakeside rendezvous

Firstly , 12 of the 15 of us got a deadly stomach virus ( vomiting and diarrhea ) 4 of the 6 days we were there. We assumed possibly the renters prior uschad it and the home wasn’t cleaned well enough -especially the rug in the family room. The home was absolutely gorgeous -taking nothing from it !!! The property managers did not get back to you in a prompt manner -our pool was out of commission for 2 days , then we reported issues with the golf cart prior to getting there and they charged us for it in departure because they said it had to be a written complaint instead of verbal ( unacceptable) . Several in our group flew to our destination and b/c we were all vomiting profusely , checkout was so hard and they literally nickeled and dined us to death !!! Unacceptable considering our horrible circumstances. Thank you , Susan

Lakeside Rendezvous Getaway

The property was amazing! My family of 10 adults stayed one week and the time on the patios both upstairs and down overlooking the pool and lake with the crisp breezes were amazing. The property is in close vicinity to the beaches, shopping and countless resturants. Minor property housekeeping issue: the patio could use a quick power washing for the cobwebs building up in corners of the walls and ceiling outside. Beware, its not disclosed up front the additional 3% fee for paying with a credit card. Also the property listing should disclose that it is a non-smoking property OUTSIDE as well. You don't find this out until after you paid to book and the lease is sent. Other than those minor issues I would return in the future.
