The Property itself was great! Location to beach perfect. The actual room was just okay, it was older very noise when sitting on balcony due to the AC unit running while you're out there.

The condo property is great! Indoor and outdoor pool and right on the beach!

The condo property has many great amenities, the condo itself is in need of a lot of updates, there was mold in the bathroom and the sofa and sleeper within it were very broken down.

Denzel at the check in counter was not friendly at all for someone just checkin in. And couldnโ€™t use our balcony due to the fact that our neighbors would smoke weed all day and night butโ€ฆ. The rest was as described. Beaches were beautiful

Wonderful stay. Love the location by the beach & restaurants. We really appreciated the early check-in availability especially after a 14-hr drive.Rooms are a little outdated including main door that has metal sticking out on the bottom that can cut your feet & can do serious damage (reported to bldg), sofa bed probably needs to be replaced & is not whatโ€™s in the description or pictures posted.

Property had a great view of the ocean and plenty of things to do around the property. The only complaint we had was the pool was closed for renovations and we werenโ€™t told ahead of time.

Had a wonderful time with some of the most beautiful beaches! The condo was clean & well stocked for what we needed it for. There was a pigeon that lived on our balcony-but we named it & it never gave us any trouble! Truly an amazing time & I would definitely go back!

SunDestin is our Destiny...

Overall positive review (aside from no listing of my reservation upon Checkin) RealJoy vacation tentals was quick to address any concerns immediately (no hairdryer available in room...). Room was comfortable and convenient access to the beach. We were happy and like little school kids the whole week. Thanks for a nice vacation!!!

Great stay, Great views, Great beaches and plenty to do! What more do you need! There is plenty of room for a blowup mattress in the living room if bringing 2 teenagers. Two minor things, captain chairs on the balcony need to be replaced (which I'm sure they would've done if I called) and internet is hit and miss (which was fine by us).

It was better than the pictures listed online. It had some modern updates that were really nice. The views from the balcony were amazing! The chair service that was purchasable on the beach was a great bonus. We enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby and the shop which had anything we may have needed while on the beach. It was a little warm in the room considering the air conditioning unit is on the balcony and makes it hard to hear the ocean from the balcony when itโ€™s running.

Beautiful beaches and water in Destin! The unit we stayed in for 4 nights was average. Several minor things need to be addressed. If the owners or condo management wish to know these maintenance items, just let me know.
