Just Chillin' Condo is a premium condo on the 16th floor with a fabulous view. Condo has been recently updated with lots of new furnishings, living room furniture, new sofa sleeper, area rugs, new bedding and a condo filled with lively oil paintings from the owner.
The Condo Includes:
-Spacious Living Room with new queen size sofa sleeper, new love seat, 58" Flat Screen TV.
-Mirrors and wainscoting along the wall to enhance the beautiful view from the beach.
-New Dining Room Furniture.
-Master Bedroom- King Bed, Private Bathroom, a 35" Flat Screen TV, sliding doors going directly out onto the balcony. Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the Ocean.
-2nd Bedroom features Twin Beds, Flat Screen TV and connects to a Full Bathroom.
-Updated Kitchen is fully equipped.

Arrival is a breeze. NO CHECK IN! Go right to the elevator and to your condo! Don't worry about losing a key. We have electronic locks with your very own code! Just walk in, throw on your bathing suit and head to the beautiful white sugar beach!
The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near every restaurant imaginable. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Water park. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street!
