Beautiful/Comfortable Property

Great stay

The location of this condo is amazing, it's right at the beach. The beach is a private beach from 9-5 every day which makes it much less crowded. The condo itself was clean upon check in and the check in/out process was simple and fast. Overall our stay was good and dealing with the Sugar Palm rentals team was pleasant and efficient.

Amazing Direct Beach View from Balcony and Master Bedroom!!

AMAZING direct views from living room condo balcony and master bedroom, 3-bedrooms decorated beautifully. Updated kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and fully remodeled! Clean with all the amenities needed (washer/dryer/fridge n ice/stove/dishwasher). We felt at home and didn’t want to leave. Thank you for a restful weekend! We will be back!!

Nice condo for family

The condo was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. I didn’t care for the small pool being in the front parking lot, but the protected dunes in the back of the condo building prevent it being behind the building. The pool was clean. Beach wasn’t overly crowded since the building is smaller. Interaction with property manager was great. I’d stay here again.

Location Location

This property is right on the ocean. You can hear the waves hitting the shores 24 hours per day. The beautiful waters are mesmerizing. Great seafood restaurants very close to the condo. Overall people were very friendly and COVID safe.

Amazing Views-Private Beach

Hosts we’re incredible communicative from start to finish. Checking on me to ensure there weren’t any issues. The unit was incredible clean and had everything I needed while I was there. Location is near a lot of restaurants and the private beach with white sand can’t be beat. I watched the sunrise and set every day. Highly recommend staying here.

Three Sisters Trip

My first trip out to Destin. Staying at a fabulous property such as Tom's and Christina's has made our experience unforgettable. The condo was fantastic, everything you could possibly need to feel at home was there. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. I slept on such a comfortable bed that I had to remember myself where I was every morning. I highly recommend our unit to anyone visiting Destin who prefers a high end condo on the beach, at a great price

Unforgetable Family trip

This family trip was wonderful. The condo was very beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture, beds and couches. the kitchen well equipped The view from the balcony gorgeous, beach around the corner, chairs and umbrellas all provided set up every morning. Restaurants all around, eat in or eat out, hard choice. I was extremely happy with it all, had a hard time leaving. recommend it highly. Thank you Christina.

Spectacular Views, Spotless Condo, Great Owners

Everything about this place was perfect ! The beach views from the living room and bedroom are Spectacular! The condo was spotless—cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and the owners were wonderful to work with. Other pluses: Very convenient location. Really close to grocery stores and there’s a great coffee shop and restaurant right across the street. Keurig Coffee maker! Love my Keurig and glad I didn’t have to sacrifice that on vacation. Huge master bathroom. Great pool Gated parking Thanks again for allowing me to stay in your property, I look forward to staying again.

Beautiful condo with Amazing Views of Ocean!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. It was clean and very nicely decorated. The weather was perfect and not a single drop of rain all week! The first night we got there the TVs were not working in the living room and kids bedroom so I texted the property manager and within 30 min someone came to our unit and fixed both TVs - now that’s service! We loved the donuts from the Donut Hole that were waiting on us when we arrived - small gestures go a long way! Loved the private entrance/exit and being a smaller property was nice too because it wasn’t crowded. The beach/chair guys were the nicest we’ve ever experienced in over 10 years of going to Destin. Only request would be to update the bathrooms, but they were at least clean and functionable. Look forward to coming back next year! Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home - we all had a wonderful time!

Exceeded Expectations

I want to begin by saying this condo was immaculately clean and the maintenance was on point. Everything works and is where it should be. The ocean view was perfect from the 4th floor. We had an amazing trip visiting with our family. One of my favorite parts about the condo was waking up to a view of the ocean from the master bedroom. The master bathroom is spacious and very nice! One thing that really struck me is the condo had everything we needed. We cooked and grilled a few meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is very clean and nicer than it looks in the pictures. The beach in front of the condo is actually private although and wasn’t crowded while we were there and absolutely gorgeous as usual. The elevator is a little slow, but it worked well. The only thing I would ask for in the future is few more bath towels per person. We only had 6 for six for six people so lots of washing, but the washer and dryer and all the appliances are new and all work well!. I would rent this same condo again!! Thank you!

This Condo was Perfect!

A friend and I stayed a week in this condo and it was perfect! The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful – it was so relaxing to be able to step outside at any time and enjoy the view and the ocean breeze. The location couldn’t be beat. We walked across the street to Camille’s for dinner and up to Barnes and Noble and the yogurt shop too. The Crystal Beach area is so walkable! Even driving to the grocery store only took a couple of minutes – loved that! My friend is a super cook…and she found everything she needed in this kitchen! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. It was like visiting a friend’s home – they even had spices, cleaning supplies and foil/plastic wrap. Sometimes with rentals you have to compromise your menu to work with a sparsely equipped kitchen - absolutely not here - our meals were really special and the dining area and balcony provided nice spaces to enjoy them. The condo also had plenty of space to spread out…even the bathrooms are good-sized. The place was spotless - you could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority! The furniture was very nice and comfortable, and the beds were great. Being right on the beach was such a treat – just a walk downstairs to put your toes in the sand! I am looking forward to returning to Destin – and this wonderful home!

Excellent!

This was our third stay on Crystal Beach, second time in Emerald Dunes. This particular property is wonderful, spacious and very clean! Some properties are kind of dated with decor but this one is fresh, fun, and beach-y. Beds were comfy and kitchen is fully equipped. Having a washer/dryer is a godsend. Very comfortable for our family of 6. Beachfront is just the way to go, you cannot beat the view, and if the beach is your main priority (ours was) its just so convenient. We enjoyed walking to Camille's for dinner and smoothies. My few suggestions would just be a drying rack (one per room would be fantastic) to hang bathing suits on and things that cannot go in dryer. Also some beach toys, a couple boogie boards and sand toys would be great! We left two that we bought for future guests. Since we drive we don't have room to pack or bring these things home, hoping someone can continue to use and enjoy them:) This has nothing to do with this particular unit, but as far as the building is concerned it can use a bit of TLC (nothing major but maybe some freshening up). Elevators not working for half the time, and being on 4th floor and 90 degrees this was rough at times! Also fire alarm went off or were pulled twice (once at 2 am). Again this is non-related to the owners or this unit just a weird kind of annoying piece of info about the property in general. It was probably random but FYI if you hear it go off! Overall this place is fantastic. We would come again!

July 4th Vacation

This property was amazing! This was our second time in three years staying in this Condo building for the week of July 4th. Our family loves the ability to walk right out of the condo and on to the beach. The condo is clean, spacious and has everything you need for an amazing vacation!

Property was just as described. Updates are beautiful! We were notified that we could check in at 1:00, which was excellent!!! Home away from home!

Great property, direct and easy access to the beach. Beachfront view. Plenty of space and bedrooms for my family. So many things to do in Destin, you will never be bored. Great customer service, the host, Terri called and texted to check on us and to see if we needed anything throughout our stay, very helpful!

Beautiful rest

Our beautiful condo in Emerald Dunes was so beautifully decorated and appointed. Supplied kitchen made it fun to have some meals there. Quiet! easy access to beach and pool. Television requires accounts and passwords which we did not know. All in all - a beautiful stay.

Life”s a beach on a private beach
