Family Vacation 2024
We have a family of 12. When we travel we need at least 5 different bedrooms. This house was perfect. The cottage is above the garage. It has a queen bed, full kitchen, shower and living room with sofa bed. Very comfortable. Main house: 1 bedroom on main floor. This has a bathroom and walks out to patio. King bed. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor. One king size bedroom suite that has a balcony that faces front of house. Another bedroom with bunk beds. Full on bottom and twin on top. 3rd bedroom has king bed, sofa bed couch and attached bathroom. This room has a balcony. The bunk bed room uses the attached bathroom here but has separate access. 3rd floor is a game room/bar area. There are 2 balconies. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen table was perfect too. It allowed all of us to sit down together for meals. There is also a half bathroom on main floor. The ac kept up perfectly. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes. Rent the golf cart if your budget allows. There was a wagon in the garage and hair dryers in each bathroom. Our vacation was amazing. This area is beautiful and everything was close by. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home.

We all had a great time. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room. The only thing I could say to the owner is you need a few more frying pans. 1 is just not enough

Everyone was good for the most part. There were a few things that I wanted to point out: the trash can in the garage was already full of trash when we arrived. The guest bedroom upstairs to the left with the sofa sleeper, the bed rail fell down on the right side of the bed. The other upstairs bedroom with the garden tub, the water pressure in the shower was very low. The game room was very hot we could not utilize it. The washing machine in the carriage house did not work.Other than that everything was great. Thank you.

The property and amenities were very nice. The only complaint is there were no additional items (toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, towels, dish soap, dish washer soap) and there were no basic items (salt, pepper or any spices).

Overall very beautiful area and spacious home. The beach was beautiful and only 5 minutes walking from the house. Nice swimming pool with tennis courts and gym in community center.
