Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom king size bed; cable TV; blackout drapes; attached master bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; cable TV. Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination and single vanity. Living room has cable TV; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Separate freestanding ice machine; Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) -(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

The Breakers 403

We had a very good stay. This place is clean and the views were beautiful! My only complaint would be that there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors and some issues with the elevators. Also it would be nice if they would keep a few things like salt and pepper and coffee filters. But we would stay here again!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this spacious condo. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen much, it was fully equipped. A big plus was that parking was not an issue. There was so much to do in the area, but the breathtaking beach drew us in!! We felt so welcome and would most definitely stay here again - no doubt!

Great condo on the beach

Beautiful view from the balcony, I would stay here again. The ice maker came in handy. Property manager was great with communicating. Only downsides were that one elevator was down, (it was fixed when we left) and the pool appeared a bit cloudy. I would recommend this condo.

Our favorite place to stay

Breakers East is a great place to stay in Destin. The condo is the perfect size for our family. Our unit had nice new finishes and styling. The view and location can’t be beat. One thing I hope remains at Breakers East is the fact that the chairs on the beach are not overwhelming. There was good space for comfort and safety and a lot of wide open beach to play. This is the best reason to stay here during Covid and always. The rest of the beaches are crowded. I’m so glad we chose to stay at breakers East for a third time. Thanks again!

Everything was awesome. the views were everything!! Location and cleanliness was on point the only thing was that there’s a crack on the floor by the carts near the elevators and I twisted my ankle twice 🙈 but other than that it was a AWESOME STAY!! We will be back!

Best Condo!

We’ve stayed in many different condos in Gulf Shores, and twice in Destin. This condo at the Breakers East was the best yet. Recently remodeled, very spacious and clean. The master bedroom king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The.balcony had plenty of room. Will definitely go back!

Great getaway

Booked this condo as a last minute getaway for a couple of days with my husband, baby and grandma! The condo was beautifully decorated and very spacious for my baby to run around in his walker. The weather was on the cooler side, so we spent most of the time on the balcony with coffee and wine. Close proximity to the grocery store. The floors in the bathroom could have been a touch cleaner, but overall it was an excellent stay and I would definitely book this place again!! Thanks!

Just what we needed for a weekend of rest and relaxation. The condo is super nice, recently remodeled and well furnished.Even though it was a nasty weekend, just looking out at the ocean and hearing the waves crashing on the seashore was perfect. Great place!

We loved this place! It was so nice.....newly remodeled and everything is updated. Beds were comfy. Great location. Plenty of towels. Kitchen fully stocked. Loved having the ice machine in the condo...very handy for having ice for the cooler when going to spend the day on the beach! Check in was easy and communication was great! No complaints at all. Just one small recommendation, there is a light on the outside on the building that is directly above the window of bedroom number 2 causing it to shine into the room. This keeps the room from getting dark at night. Maybe add black out blinds to that window or something that helps block that light from shining into the room at night? Other than that small detail, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay here again!
