Perfect Getaway

The location of the house you can’t beat. You can actually see the ocean. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The house’s proximity to Walmart and/or activities were convenient. Overall, great place for the holidays.

Beautiful Home

Wonderful Place

This is our second visit to this property (two years in a row) and we love this place. Just came back from a 5-day vacation at this property and had a great time during our visit. The unit was provided at the price it was quoted and check in and check out was very easy. Also, excellent communication with Warren Beach Rentals during the process. The unit was very nice, and the provided amenities were as promised online. We will definitely be back again for our annual family vacation.

Best house ever!

This house is perfect for a large group! It’s setup to where three families can easily share it! There is laundry and a mini fridge on each level. The pool was so much fun to use at night or during a cloudy day. All the beds are very comfortable. The elevator made bring in groceries and luggage a breeze. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation Home!

This house was so great for 2 families! Plenty of space, super clean, and had all the amenities we needed! Would rent this home again! The only issue was the pool/hot tub heater! It worked but seemed to turn on off at different times! More clear directions on how to run it would be helpful!

Priceless Memories

What an amazing beach rental home. Many priceless memories were made this week. We have stayed in several rentals in Destin and this is by our favorite. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The ice makers on two different floors and multiple washer and dryers made it is easy for everyone. We have several grandchildren and they loved the pool and bunk room. With only a short walk to the beach everyone was able to enjoy the beach. We loved catching and releasing the ghost crabs at night on the beach. So much fun and relaxation.

Amazing Place!!!

Check in was easy! Location was great! We could see and hear the Gulf from the house. I really loved that we had a private beach and it was a short walk there. There was so much space for the 13 of us. Most everything we needed for the kitchen and cooking meals. The grill only had the back burners working so that made it take it a little while to grill burger and brats. The house it's self and the bathrooms were very clean. We really appreciated that 2 floors had laundry. For the most part communication and everything was wonderful. We were unable to use the pool. When we arrived the pool was a little cool. On the 3rd day we reached out and asked if someone could come and turn up the heat in the pool. The pool is always in the shade so not even the sun could help heat it up. The response I received was "I'll have the property manager contact you". We never heard from the manager. Our pool was never warm enough for us to use. There is a community pool that is heated, including a hot tub, that was a short walk away. I do feel that since we had to pay to heat the pool we should have been able to have someone come out and heat it up. It was 385.00 for a pool that was unusable. I asked if there was a way to get that portion refunded and got the response "Hope you had a great stay- travel safe and come see us again!" We were all pretty disappointed that we couldn't just hang out by the pool. Check out was easy.

We had a good time!

Yes, my family and I had a good time celebrating my birthday last week. There were just too many inconveniences for me to want to return to this home. It’s a beautiful home that is clean, well appointed and is convenient to the beach. It was convenient that the home had 6 bedrooms each bedroom has an en-suite. It also has an elevator that we used to get our luggage to the upper levels. It was also convenient that the house has a large garage to park in, however, they will not supply a garage code to open the garage door. You must walk around to the front of the house, input the code in the front door, go to the garage and open the door to pull the car in. Then when you leave you must back out, have someone close the garage door, leave through the front door and walk around the house to get in the car. There were quite a few inconveniences that could easily be remedied but there is no flexibility. If they would maybe charge me an extra $100 a week they could leave an extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage sack, dish, laundry and bath soap. We had to go buy all of these items and they are sold in packs much larger than we needed for a week. Then we are threatened with loss of security deposit if we don’t throw out everything. What a waste!! I would have left trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper for the next family if I’d thought they’d get it. Btw, there was only salt and pepper in those awful picnic shakers so we did leave fresh sets with grinders, How does a family/group stay for a week without needing these items? Also, having to pack beach towels to go on a beach vacation really fills your luggage. We couldn’t get the grill to light at lunch the first day. They didn’t respond to our text for hours. The master shower didn’t work and they sent a repair person on the 3rd day after we texted. Because air travel is no longer flexible we were on a flight that landed at 11 am. We can not check in to the house until 4 pm. This wouldn’t have been as inconvenient if we didn’t have a 3 month old that needs naps, bottles made, etc but we did. Then having to check out at 10 am forced us to leave a day early so we didn’t have the same inconveniences of waiting in an airport for hours before flights leave to our destination. I’m sure you think my name is Karen but I feel like if I had been told about all of the inconveniences I may have chosen another home/management group.. ?

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment. The house was beautiful and clean. Any little issues we had were dealt with quickly and happily. The pool was warm, the beach was a quick walk, the neighborhood and private beach were amazing. The property manager answering the texts was amazing and even offered to come to the house on the spot. We had stayed at another property in the subdivision the year before and because this house didn't come with a golf cart, we assumed we could just rent one but the neighborhood doesn't allow it, we couldn't get one and that was our biggest regret. It was absolutely in the fine fine print, I just didn't read it. My bad. Highly recommend this house. All good memories.

Fantastic!!

I stayed in Latitude Adjustment in the month of January and wow..... What a great experience. The property is top notch, so close to the water, not to mention clean and in great shape. My management contact was Christy. She was polite, accommodating, and went out of her way to ensure our experience was great. I highly recommend this property. 5 stars!

The Best Girls Trip

This property is beautiful. There were five of us and we enjoyed every moment in this space. The short walk to the beach was perfect as it allowed us to meet others in the neighborhood. Brian, at the front gate, was the kindest. Christy, with the rental company, immediately took care of our one need. She was so friendly; great customer service. The only issue that we had was that the large oven didn't work but that was due to a previous guest not deleting the app from their phone (which you are asked to do before you leave), therefore we couldn't log in to it but that didn't matter because there are two ovens and our chef had not issues preparing our meals. We were a little concerned about the locks on the patio doors but we could have slept with them open (they are on the 2nd and 3rd floors). I will definitely call on them again and would recommend this property to anyone.
