Dreamweaver is an outstanding place for the whole family! Beautiful neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. And, its proximity to the beach is second to none. The amenities at the house were enjoyed by the teens- grandparents in our party. Would definitely recommend.

Worst first: The front house is full of mold. See Previous reviews. Sadly I had to investigate to find that the AC had a clogged condensate drain line. This has lead to the front house AC to leak water directly onto the floor for what I figure must be for months. Allergies or asthma you cannot stay in the front house. Day 1 Pool was not turned on and we had a golf cart that we did not want. quick response until later that night which the dishwasher quit working. Day 2 call for dishwasher and the pool lights quit. Maintenace back over to replace pool light but supposedly need to get a part for dishwasher. Mind you this is the main dishwasher in the large house were everyone is staying as the mildew and mold smell is too strong in the front house. Day 3 no maintenace men back and no dishwasher. We are now hand washing dishes in a place we paid over 1k per day to stay in. Day 4 called manager and had to argue to get a new dishwasher installed otherwise they where going to not have the appliance fixed until after we had checked out. Pool during this time has now turned merky which then I was berated by the (Matt) manager that it must be from my 2 kids sun tan lotion. All I got to hear is how many properties that they are trying to maintain which is clearly too many. Also, no refunds no matter how poor the experience. Mold remidation layment floor broke, foose ball tbl broke, basketballs flat, main tv broke, hole wall stair, deck boards loose, bulbs burned out

We had 2 families with 5 adults and 5 teenagers. It was an amazing house and the owners were great to work with and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend renting a golf cart as well.

Our family of 15 just stayed here for a week. Very nice and clean property. Great pool, golf cart and convenience to beach, shopping and more! Don't look any further.

We had an amazing time at this property! Very well stocked kitchen, timely response from hosts, beds were very comfortable - we all said that we wanted to take them home with us :), very close to the beach and having the golf cart was amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

This property rental was perfect for our family vacation. It came with two houses that were just right for our group of thirteen. With the beach just a short walk away, we were able to spend as much time there as we wanted. The house pool was enjoyed every day by our family.

Great rental for multiple families. Large home beautifully decorated with beach theme. Smaller rental also beautifully decorated but also provided that additional privacy for a smaller group. Plenty of outside furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool and tropical breeze. No need to bring any beach toys or beach towels , the property has plenty. I would strongly recommend renting the golf cart, it definitely was the ideal way to get to the beach and bring all your beach stuff. Wonderful time !
