This beautiful vacation condominium is in the Terrace at Pelican Beach, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium's private balcony offers a gulf-side view overlooking a private lake and long view to the Gulf of Mexico giving the feeling of being right on the beach. The Terrace allows easy access to the beach via a private beach walkway. This is where you want to stay in Destin if you would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.

This Three-Bedroom/Three Bath condominium offers 1,400 sf. ft. of interior space with a 289 sq. ft. balcony. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 8 people and offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to sneak away for your private time.

It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed and private cable television. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen or 2 Twin beds. The third bedroom has a Queen bed along with a mini-kitchen and private balcony.
As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.

To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed.
