Excellent location and unit for small family!

We absolutely loved the location of this unit. This is our preferred condo complex when we come to Florida and this unit exceeded our expectations. The security is excellent and friendliness of staff was great even most of the security guards. It's quiet and very family oriented. Even on cool days we could sit on the balcony and watch the sunnrise and sunset

Overall the property was good. Big space. Comfy bedrooms. Great view. There were a few kitchen items I thought should come stocked we were missing which would have made cooking in the unit easier. For example: oven mitts. It was in a good location and easy/quick to get onto the beach.

Great location with a beautiful view and close to restaurants and shopping. The condo itself could use some updates the couches are worn and it would be more family-friendly if beach towels, toys, or front-row beach chairs were available. Kitchen is very basic, and we did notice a couple of roaches. With a little more care and attention, this place could be an excellent stay.

Great Location!

Great location! Roomy 2 bedroom condo, right on the amazing private beach, pool and hot tub! Unit was very clean and functional and fully stocked with everything we needed! Love this building and definitely recommend! Management company were great to deal with too. 5 Stars!

AMAZING!

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! It was so nice and clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. Being on the 1st floor was so convenient. We loved having our chairs and umbrellas set out for us everyday. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Our room was stocked with starter supplies, but most of it honestly lasted us the whole week. We also loved how much stuff we were able to walk to including restaurants and shops. The ONLY thing I would recommend is having a blanket or 2 to use in the living room. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome location

I would definitely say this is one of the best places I ve stayed for our annual beach vacation. The place itself was perfect. This unit is literally right beside the stairs and parking. However, the HOA needs to do something about the beach chair situation. No umbrellas are allowed and we had a baby. You can only use their chairs and umbrellas and I got there to sign up for chairs at 4pm check in day and had to sit on second row all week. Very inconvenient. That's the only part of our trip that we did not like.

July vacation

The only positive thing about our vacation was the location of the condo. It was very close, walking distance to the beach. The condo literally was “falling apart” and we heard other people on the beach talking about the same thing. Washer, dishwasher ice machine were falling apart. We asked HOA about extra trash bags and they said we had to buy our own, along with purchasing wrist bands for the pool at an additional 10 each. I would have thought they would have been included in the price like other condos we’ve stayed at. Security is another concern. Security guard was a little extra watching us like a hawk every move we made. It was a little too much and made us not want to be at the pool because of that reason. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall Good Pick

The location of this unit is perfect. Close to the elevator for loading/unloading or you can take the stairs one flight. The balcony views are hard to beat. It is close to the pool so, the noise can be disturbing but wasn't unbearable. The building is super close to the best restaurants and stores like Walmart and Publix. The property staff was very nice and accomodating. The unit is a spacious two bedroom which was nice. The owner should strongly consider updating the sofa and love seat as well as the shower and bath in the master bedroom.

Condo 113 was just as pictured. Great view and easy access to the pool and beach. King bed is firm, but comfy. Shower is oversized for two people to comfortably shower together. Great place, definitely recommend and would stay there again!
