Our family, 3 adults and 4 children, stayed a week for Fall Break. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. Restaurants within 2 miles, private beach, gated community.....It was perfect!! I definitely recommend the property and the management group ELP if you're visiting Destin!!

This was a perfect house for our family. The house was very big and spacious. All of the bedrooms were large as well. This is a great property in a great location. The beach was amazing as well. The property manager was very responsive as well.

This was the ultimate beach vacation for our family. The house was magnificent, and had plenty of room for our family, siblings, and grandparents. Everyone appreciated the elevator. We had 4 little ones with us all under the age of 3, and the home included a high chair which was very helpful. There was also the option to have the outdoor pool heated during our stay, and this was perfect for the kids to swim even in late October. The home is furnished very nicely and the kitchen was well equipped; we ended up cooking most of our meals there during our stay. Highly recommend!

Being beachfront adds so much to the trip and the views from every window were just spectacular. We stayed during March madness and the theatre room brought so much joy to my family! The house suited us perfectly we had 3 generations and having the 3rd floor oasis for us “old folks” was perfect.

We took advantage of the beauty of Kings View as the venue for our wedding. It was perfect. We used the beach backyard for the ceremony and outdoor dinner reception for our small family gathering. Gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Overall the property and amenities were fabulous. The neighborhood does have some strict guidelines, but nothing that would prevent me from booking again. AC unit on first floor kept breaking down the last couple days, but again, dumb luck. If you are looking for a luxury stay on the beach, this is it. You will not be disappointed.

House was as advertised. Great location and accommodations for a family get together. The layout was perfect and the house was clean and very well maintained. It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. There was nothing that needed to be done to make this a better trip, location, or accommodation. Property manager was reachable and responsive. Would not hesitate to book this property again if staying in the area. Anyone booking this property should feel secure in knowing they booked a great one. Well done.

This home was very beautiful and my family enjoyed our time there. However, had I known that there were stairs from the kitchen to the dining area/living room, we would have chosen a different home. We have 2 handicap adults and 2 small kids. My 2 year old fell off the steps twice and hit his head and face hard on the floor, leaving a huge knot on his forehead and a bruised cheek. The rest of us almost tripped on the stairs several times. I just want to give this piece of info for anyone booking this home who might have small kids and handicap adults. Aside from those issues, almost everything else was great! The location and private beach are stunning. The beds were very comfortable, the AC was cold, the pool was very nice. The gates to the beach were not working properly, so we left them open to keep from getting locked out. Overall a 9 out of 10!

The house was exactly like pictured. Weather unfortunately wasn’t cooperating so we were not able to enjoy the water and the whole reason why we booked a home on the beach. That’s not the property’s fault of course. Half The bikes that were provided to us had flat tires. Couldn’t ride them. The latch leading to the front porch off the main dining room was broken and the door kept opening. There were also entirely too many codes to try to remember. Code to enter the house, code to access the beach, code for the bikes. They were all different. It would have been nice to have 1 code for all 3.

Property was beautiful. Very well laid out. Very family friendly. The deck was under construction & not complete by the time we arrived. The pool is lovely but tile is missing on steps & several children & adults received cuts. The garage door would not open with the code the last 3 days of our stay Overall , great place to stay. A beautiful get away! The Grand Marquee is an elegant home offering plenty of space for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment for the entire family. Full access to a private beach and the beach service by Sun, Sand and Sea provided a day of serenity in the sun. The beautiful pool, in an oasis setting under the palm trees, provided a respite from the heat and a fun place to hang out in the evening when the sun went down. Amazing time spent with our family in an amazing place!! We look forward to our next trip. We will be back!

The property was beautiful. I reported that we had three issues. 1. The stopper in master tub would not hold water. 2. The ice maker did not work in the fridge. 3. We could not use the movie theater. No instructions. 4. It would have been nice to have a broom to sweep up sand. 5. Pool was dirty when we arrived but cleaned by the next day. 6. The handle on the gate coming up from the beach is missing.
