Great Beach Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Pointe is a GREAT spot - The new pool/hot tub overlooking the beach/gulf is an awesome addition since we last stayed there - the House great with no complaints. The Beach access is really pretty easy with a short 4-5 minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach access.

Cute beach house, great for families!

My family really enjoyed our stay here :) The house was very clean, and just as pictured! Comfortable, equipped with all types of beach gear, and convenient beach access (very short walk). Small thing to note is that our rental came with wristbands that claimed free parking at HarborWalk Village, but when we talked to the attendants there, they told us they don't accept it so there might be some miscommunication between the property and the staff there. Oh and just a warning that lots of boats were showing up on the gulf (to be expected) where we were located so it got VERY crowded often. Seems like a heavy snorkel area. Not a huge deal, but that might not be everyone's cup of tea. All in all, a great vacation spot for families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had booked another home, but at the last moment, the owner cancelled. Brittney at Destin Pointe was extremely helpful in re-booking us at Happy Days. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed staying at this home. The location is great for walking to the beach, the front porch is very relaxing, and the back porch is great for grilling. We already booked another stay at Happy Days for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd visit to Destin Pointe, 1st time renting a home and it was spacious and provided many amenities for our group. Property management company was very responsive before and during our visit.The extra beach toys, games wagon, beverage fridge and freezer in the garage was very useful. There was even a large table for snacks or dining in the garage if one wanted to do so.
